Starbucks

This is a great place to go when you need to get out of the house to work. There are numerous tables and chairs, many with electric outlets. You can easily add tables together to form a group table.
The drinks are prepared with care and consistency. No special preparation seems to bother them. They will do what they can to make your order perfect for you.
This place is always busy, no matter what time you arrive. Don't let that scare you off. People are more than willing to share their table with you. Wonderful way to meet new friends.

I absolutely love love love this Starbucks! Sara is such a joy whenever she sees me she greets me by my name. I have not come across anyone who works there that isn't a joy to come into contact with. They are prompt and courteous and if by some chance something isn't right they always fix it with a smile and an apology ! I have witnessed all of them at work and they all are such hard workers !!! I highly recommend this Starbucks. I will be back everyday :)

Incredible service! Never gets my order wrong! Staff is so helpful and kind! I ordered a very complicated drink and they aced it!!!!

Great Starbucks with lots of seating space inside unlike most new places with very little seating. I prefer this type of place sometimes so it's nice to know about. Friendly staff and quick service even when busy. The seating area could stand for a little more attention. I was there for 90 minutes and did not observe tables wiped or full trash removed but it could be due to a lot of orders. I recommend this store for quality product and service

They are quick to give your order. I like that they put your order out so you can just grab it and go when you arrive. Beware mornings drive thru gets super busy and the location really crowds the front parking. Other than that the staff and drinks are great

I am huge on coffee and usually do not go to starbucks for any of my drinks, but lately due to work and my commute this location is so convenient for me. With that said, I come here maybe once or twice a month, and have had a great experience each time. Tuesday 04/26/22 around 1pm I went through drive through to order myself and a co workers drinks
The girl at the drive through register had AAAAAMAZING customer service!
Unfortunately, my drink was not done to my liking, it had triple mocha instead of espresso, and was too sweet! I went back to have it fixed and Aallen was also great help! He went out of his way to make sure he gave great customer service and got my drink done tge way I enjoyed it.
Very pleased with this location and their employees!

Large interior with many seats; standing tables, cushioned seats, and lots of windows with sunlight. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It across the street from a high school so me ready for the after school rush to get a seat. Parking sometimes is tough and the drive thru long but use the app to bypass that. The managers are awesome. Check out the secret menu. Use the app for free refills.

My favorite Starbucks so far. Though no outside seating, the high-ceiling building looks like a converted restaurant than a standard mod. Very cozy and comfortable feeling inside.

My daughter order on my Starbucks app yesterday and never picked it up. Leave it to a 16yr old. It was are awesome Starbucks on Chapman & Swindler (our go to). Kevin helped me out without hesitation. He didn't even have me wait, he prepared it himself and on top of that he did it with a smile 😊 you ROCK KEVIN!!!!!!

The best ambiance, floor plan, furniture of any Starbucks I've been to. The place gets busy, but there is almost always a nice place to sit. The beverages are also prepared better here than at the average Starbucks.

Coffee tastes even better when someone else buys it for you. Had regular dark coffee with a little sugar and creamer. They were pretty busy and still served up orders quickly. First time at this location.

Nice big Starbucks! New to the area and was very pleased with the ambiance, space and cleanliness. The cashier and baristas are awesome, even though they got my drink wrong. They took care of me & made it good. This location has a drive thru.

Friendly staff. Good location for working on your laptop as well as meet up with friends. Spacious and open location, with working outlets spread out well. Two restrooms as well, both clean. No outdoor seating, but who needs it with a location like this. Has a drive-thru. I really liked this one and it has a great mongolian bbq across from it.

Most starbucks rush you and your order due to the heaviness of the customer flow. However, Laura and Jill took care of me. I appreciate them for standing out with their amazing customer service and care. I come weekly for my grande caramel macchiato, 1 extra shot and extra caramel drizzle, well my drink didn't have the extra shot, so when I came back I asked that they please make sure the shot was in this time, and they totally gave me my drink for free and we're nice and very apologetic. Nice gesture and unexpected. Great way to start my weekend. thank you ladies :)

My friends and I go get coffee practically every Friday. It's become our ritual, and I am so glad one of our friends discovered this place and brought all of us. This is a large starbucks and is less busy the the one on tustin and chapman. The wait time alone justify the drive. You'll make up your time just from the shorter wait time.

The parking lot is large and the drive thru well designed. Not a Cluster F**k.

Save the time. It's the valuable commodity for every and everyone.

Drive thru is always packed but the wait is NEVER LONG. They get you in and out quickly. I stop by at 7:30 a.m. every morning and the drive thru line is snaked around the building by I never have to wait long. They handle the morning rush like champs!

The one on chapman in orange unfortunately doesn't have someone at the cash register taking order or watching it when a customers are standing there. Someone in upper managerment needs to speak with the manager.

Omg this place takes forever!!! Someone told me not to come here because they last forever. I didn't believe it.
