Came here just to make a couple of photocopies. Quick friendly service. Very spacious and organized UPS compared to the one that I typically go to. I’m definitely gonna start coming here and see how that goes!

I needed two times here to make a few pages copies and mail my documents they are friendly and I recommend this store :)

I recently visited the UPS Store in Irvine, CA, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gori. From the moment I walked in, her friendly smile and positive energy made a fantastic first impression. Gori embodies a true can-do attitude, handling my requests with efficiency and genuine care. She went above and beyond to ensure my shipping needs were met and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Excellent customer service like Gori’s is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Gori, for making my experience at the UPS Store so pleasant and seamless!

I went you UPS store Alton location and i have problem with print labels problem and Javin its very nice and kind he help me solve the problem right recommended come to the store

I went to the UPS store, and the staff was very accommodating. They even helped me print out my label, and I got my package shipped out on time.

I went to this UPS store to have Passport pics. The service is very quick and efficient with the personnel by Javid & Edi. Staff is so friendly with the customers . I would recommend to go and get the work done so quickly.

Jay was awesome! Hands down the nicest employee I’ve ever come across. He helped me out a ton with making photocopies of a flyer for my tutoring business, and even recommended a higher quality paper that I liked much more! Jay is the man. This is definitely my go to UPS store now!!!!

I shipped quite a few things out of this location. I must say that they were extremely helpful, and very friendly, while trying to be accommodating with all of my needs so this could be as stress free of an experience as possible . However, when my stuff arrived, some of it was destroyed. I called this location and they promptly took a claim and within weeks had reimbursed me fully. They were very nice about it, and they kept up with me to make sure everything was OK. I'm very happy with my experience!
