MRE Depot

I came across MRE Depot website while searching for bread products for long-term food storage. There was a huge assortment of products for this purpose on their website. Immediately after making selection and placing my order I realized I had unintentionally used the wrong credit card. Although it was early morning (EST) and before their posted hours of operation I called their phone number anyway. I was surprised when Jack did answer the phone; he was not even scheduled to start his shift.
I explained to Jack the mistake I had made and he was able to solve the problem. He cancelled the order I had mistakenly made allowing to me place the order correctly. He was also able to reverse the first charge from the incorrect credit card. Jack did a fantastic job for a first time buyer like me. He also told me he would expedite my order; my order was placed on Monday and I received it on Wednesday.
The order arrived Wednesday afternoon; everything looked good except one can out of the four was dented and rusty on the bottom. I took pictures of the product and emailed MRE Depot (they actually have their email address posted on their website) for instructions as to what to do. On Saturday morning --- 01:15 am. (PST) I received a response to my email from Dima, whom I believe was someone high up in the company. His email was so detailed and so down to earth; it was as if he was talking directly to me. I could tell he took my concern seriously, he explained in detail the process they go through to insure that they produce quality products, and I could tell that his company’s reputation meant a lot to him. He also thanked me for she pictures because he would be able to use them to file a claim. I was so impressed by Dima’s response to me and for taking the time to respond to me. He also stated that he would personally inspect the replacement can on Monday morning before it shipped out and that it would be pristine condition, but if not he would make things right; he did and it was.
The replacement can arrived on Wednesday carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. If someone is looking for high quality products and the best customer service when stocking up on long-term food storage I highly recommend MRE Depot. Also, the prices cannot be beat (compared other companies that sell these products)! I will be placing more orders with them in the future; they have so much to choose from. I highly recommend them with a 5 star rating.

Been very happy so far. Everything came on time, dated as advertised, and in great condition. Reasonable prices (especially nowadays places are jacking up prices)
I thought I'd made a mistake when ordering, and sent them an email. First thing the next morning they reached out and got everything clarified for me. The gentleman was very polite, professional, and friendly. I'm a sucker for good customer service, they've got my business for sure.

I have ordered from MRE Depot at least 10 times in the past. I've never received dented cans or had issues with lost packages. I have tried much of the freeze dried food I ordered to see if it was any good, and it really is! I made some beef stew with the cubed beef and it was excellent (just make sure you rehydrate the beef well before cooking). I also tried some of their potato soup and loved it so much that I bought some to eat regularly instead of being just for an emergency. I love the selection and variety they offer. I've never had a problem with their service.

MRE Depot has a great selection at reasonable prices, with very fast turnaround. They also have some of the best customer service it's been my pleasure to encounter in recent times. A rare thing these days. Five stars!!!

I have been using MREdepot for many years. I always get my products in a timely manner. The customer service is exceptional. I have had shipping issues and they have went out of their way to contact FedEx on my behalf. Products are always as advertised. The bad reviews on google appear to be linked to the wrong site. This site is 100% legit. Thanks again!

I was surprised with the ease of fixing a problem and with no doubt will shop here again!
I ordered a case of pilot bread and received 7 dented out of 12, I called and left a message but also immediately emailed to tell of the problem. I got an immediate response and replacement for those cans was shipped the same day. The replacement arrived fast and in great condition!

I've placed 3 orders in the past 6 months from MRE Depot and have found the service to be excellent with orders shipping either the same day or the next (depending on the time I submitted the order). Questions have been answered quickly and completely. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

More than just MRE's. Your trail, camping, and emergency needs are right here. I have made several orders and am extremely happy with the selection and service. Everything I received was fresh, nothing setting in a hot .com warehouse for years here. Some options are extremely tasty and there's nothing wrong with using your emergency supplies for a quick meal when you can easily place another order :) I had some questions about an order and I was also extremely happy with the quick, friendly, and informative answers I received.

Ordered 2 cases of Yoder's beef. My credit card was charged but never received the product....
UPDATE: I originally gave one star but found out I had been scammed by some other scum-bag company. I have since found out MRE Depot is a great company. I apologize for the negative review.

I couldn't be happier with MRE depot.
Their customer service was outstanding!
I unfortunately got duped by the fake Facebook advertisement.
Thankfully when I contacted the legitimate MRE depot, they explained exactly what had happened and gave clear and explicate instructions on how to deal with the credit card companies, PayPal, to get a refund.
I followed those instructions and got a refund.
Way to go MRE depot !!!

I recently placed a rather large order for canned meat and some of the cans came in dented. I contacted MRE Depot right away and after sending photos of the damage and explaining the situation they took care of it and sent replacement cans at no extra charge. A wonderful experience and excellent customer service. I will be back to do more business with MRE Depot.

after buying MREs from two other places and waiting 6 weeks for shipping, MRE Depot comes through with two day shipping and MREs that actually look like military MREs. Customer for life!
