From the initial visit (not intending to buy) to the purchase, to the install, Spa World treated me like their best customer. Super efficient with introducing me to a favored electrician (he was great). From purchase to install in less than 10 days. Even with one item that needed follow up, the whole team was aware and able to answer my questions efficiently and effectively.

I am so impressed with this company! Casey and his team took care of my problems with my pumps and I can not thank them enough. Their customer service is top notch!! I highly recommend you buy from them!!

We purchased a hot tub from Spa World approx. 6 months ago. They have been amazing to work with! There was no pressure to purchase and the price was all inclusive (delivery/setup/cover/steps/etc). The installers were great and reviewed everything with us before leaving. I have called and stopped in a few times with questions and to purchase chemicals/etc and everyone has been extremely helpful. Great people to work with!!!

Purchased a spa from Spa World several years ago and I can’t say enough how pleased I am with that decision. Big selling point was they would always be there for any issues or service needs and they have been. We’ve needed some minor servicing over the years and they are always prompt, courteous and professional. The warranty coverage on our Jacuzzi J-345 has been top notch. My husband and I purchased our hot tub from Spa World in Schoolcraft. It was installed last week. We have both been so impressed with their customer service. We have received two hand written notes thanking us for our business. This is a special touch that you just don’t get from most businesses. They have been super helpful and available for all our questions. Owning a hot tub is new to us, so we have needed lots of guidance in getting the water levels where they need to be. Everyone I have talked with has been very patient and kind in answering my questions. If you are looking for not just a hot tub, but customer service as well, go to Spa World! You won’t be disappointed!

We LOVE our hot tub from Spa World of Schoolcraft!! We've had it 4 years or so now and recently needed a part replaced...Spa World technicians diagnosed our issue, installed the needed part quickly and at no cost to us. Such a smooth process, Great Service!!!

But what you really want out of a spa is for the people that sell it to you to understand what you want, answer your questions, and help you get the most out of your experience. I had heard great things about Spa World (I worked with Casey, he's great!) and the recommendations definitely held up. I will be getting all of my chemicals there and will recommend this specific location to any and all friends interested in a hot tub!

sales person was really nice and helpful. When they came to put in hot tub very disappointed customer service. Asked to move tub over a little bit and they said no we are not moving it because they had started putting water in it. Still not happy with placement. They came and moved the tub and really did a great job. Very happy with them this time.

From the moment we walked in, the help in getting information on the various types of spas that would fit our needs, the helpfulness of scheduling the install, the follow-up and then continued support from Spa World so that we can continue to enjoy the benefits in our own back yard is so appreciated! If you are looking, stay away from the "chain" store, shop local with people who care about the sale and after the sale!
