We love our couch!! We got a great deal for the quality piece of furniture we received. Service has been outstanding from the moment we walked in to shop to the moment the couch was delivered, and the card from Thomas after purchase was a nice touch. It even came a month earlier than expected! We appreciate that we were able to customize the fabric of our couch and pillows at no additional cost. The quality to cost ratio is far and above the many big box furniture stores. I have been recommending this location to friends and family, and will come back when we need more furniture!

Our experience shopping Schneiderman's, Plymouth location, was fantastic! Tracy our salesperson was wonderful at helping us in our decision making process and to work with! The delivery team was also great! They were delightfully on time, professional and friendly! I would highly recommend this store location to anyone looking for furniture. We will shop Schneiderman's first for any future furniture purchases!

Schneiderman’s Furniture sells quality brands like Flexsteel and King Hickory. Those brands are painfully expensive, but will last much longer than cheaper options from the competitors. The delivery was smooth and professional, but in the end I’m broke, but very comfortable!!

Our sales person Thomas is a king. Never once did we feel pressure nor urgency to commit to any suggestions or style choices. Thomas spoke with sincerity and clearly knows his stuff. He said what looked good and was free to tell us what did not look good. Never will we ever in the future make a more confident purchase! May the powers that be look upon Thomas with favor and prestige for through him our living room has achieved nirvana. It is known.

We have recently purchased several pieces of furniture and a rug from the Plymouth location. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they follow through with what they say. All of the pieces we have ordered are beautiful and good quality. The delivery people were careful, timely and quick. We have been pleased with our experience from start to finish.

Schneiderman’s employees are always very helpful. From the Easy Care to the warranty and purchase, our experience was extremely positive. Our salesperson was so kind, making sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely return.

Amelia was so pleasant to work with. She located the sofa that I specifically wanted to see and allowed me to browse on my own to see if anything else caught my eye. Amelia checked in and answered any questions. It was so nice to be able to browse without a salesperson on top of me and yet she was right there to help when I needed it. Dana Bane, our sales person, found exactly what we wanted because she listened to us and really knew the inventory. She provided several options and made the shopping experience great. Looking forward to our new furniture.

We were pleasantly left alone to look at dozens of sofas. Settling on one, we consulted with Dana Bane. She informed us of the price and availability. Getting it delivered in just 10 days was a pleasant surprise. Paid an additional $139 for delivery, moving the old sofa and hauling away all the new packaging. Sold! A great, easy shopping experience.

Great experience start to finish, from help with choosing fabrics all the way thru white glove delivery. We are long-term repeat customers for a reason. Love our new living room furniture!

Tracy made shopping for my new apartment fun! Her knowledge was very helpful in putting everything together, but she was low-key. She listened to my questions, concerns, and insecurities, making suggestions without pressure. An experience I expected to be stressful was actually stress relieving!

We’re looking for furniture for our “resize” to single floor living. Thomas was an excellent guide. As we narrowed our choices, he allowed us space to discuss privately, sensed when to come back and answer questions. Bedroom set complete. Working on the Living Room. We would definitely recommend shopping there.

My husband and I had a great experience at Schneidermans! The process was simple and we worked with Marie who was patient as we made our choices. She really listened to what was important to us and what we wanted in a couch. We are so excited for our new living room piece! Would highly recommend.
