Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

Ya just never know where ya might stop , stopped in for just a qwik snack n ice , checkout girl encouraged to look at the bathrooms . Clean , plenty , humorous comments over men's urinals , smelled good and nice tile work too boot !! So big that it actually has an airplane painted as the guide in !! Numerous ppl there were just dropped jaw in it's massness !! Worth a stop to just pop in look , take a pic and say " it's sooooo big !! " .... Safe travels.

The Car Wash needs a major upgrade went through and the machine told me pull forward. I then proceeded on with the wash. The photo eye needs work. I would come back though if it was an emergency and no other wash was open.

I was on Pump #2, and I had a gas spill. The gas spill was approximately 1 gallon. I informed the Customer Service Rep/Cashier Clerk on duty, and he really had no idea what he was supposed to do. I took photos of the spill for which I am going to post, but I really feel that the staff needs to be trained properly.

Worst carwash ever, accurate name Terrible. Give me back my $14.

This is by far the worst Car Wash experience I have ever had. I have been to plenty of Terrible Herbst's in the Las Vegas valley. I own a business that has 8 vehicles in service and have washed them many times here.

This time, I filled up my vehicle and bought the "Ultimate Rx" for an additional $8.00. I went through the car wash and none of the soap sprayers sprayed any soap on my vehicle. No water was sprayed. The rollers just dry-rolled my vehicle!

Then at the very end to add insult to injury the soap sprayer sprayed a load of soap on my back glass! Then the dryer proceeded to dry bake my glass until I could get out of that piece of crap.

To add additional insult, I went inside to tell the cashier it was broken. Rude little guy named "Marvin" told me "ohp, no refunds, sorry." I tried to explain to him the thing literally did not even attempt to clean my vehicle. He told me I can go through again for free! Why would I want to do that again?

Terrible Herbst this kind of stuff is bad for business. You might not care about one little customer angry about a car wash, but you should try listening to customers! Maybe the people that are actually supporting you know a thing or two?

Stopped to use vacuum at 1:07pm. Left one said out of order. Right not out of order. Put in the 1.50 and there is no suction. Went in to tell Mary I dropped cash in and it didn't work. No offer of money back just an "oh, sorry about that." I guess that's customer service here. Was planning to get gas. Went to ARCO next to them instead.

Would not sell me any product because my 6 yr old daughter was not wearing a mask. unacceptable

store open no one there , walked in and waited at the counter for 5 minutes and there was no one working.

Our Chevron/Texaco card was hacked here. If I could post negative stars, I would. Had to give at least one star to post.
