Walgreens Placerville closed for numerous days without notifying pharmacy customers of an alternative. I am not very happy to this arrangement and not telling the customers that they are not open.

Did a covid test for travel. It's supposed to be 72 hours turn around or sooner.. They say overnight shipping of samples and usually 24 hours once lab received. It's been 72 hours and the lab has not even received my sample. I called and was told that it is weird and they don't no what to say and keep checking website for results but that doesn't do me any good if I'm flying and need my results NOW. I needed my results 72 hours.

Cannot reach anyone at the Pharmacy. Had questions regarding my second Covid booster. No one answered the phone from the pharmacy after calling three times and waiting on the phone for at least 15 minutes. Horrible customer service.

Ugh! Never had a more demoralizing pharmacy visit. I receive texts that prescriptions are ready for pick-up only to get to the store and have the pharmacy staff look at me like I'm crazy.

Staff is friendly and they try to help.
