The Home Depot

I wouldn’t normally review a big chain like Home Depot, and I normally wouldn’t expect great service, but I was impressed with my experience with this location. I ordered a grill and didn’t see there was a dent on the back until the evening. I called the store and Melanie was able to help me out right away. She sent me photos of a new grill, and once I approved it, she had the delivery guys arrive in a little over an hour with a replacement!

They swapped out my grill without hassle and were super friendly and helpful. I was definitely not expecting to get it that quickly considering I was calling late in the day. Thanks for the great service!

Please take a vantage of ordering online and picking up at the store. It’s effortless, even if sometimes people park in the store pick up spots in our regular shoppers. But there’s usually space available and stay safe!

Just like costco, if you've been to 1 home depot, you've been to all of them, they have what you need, whatever little project you have.

I went here with my sister.. great customer service..very helpful and very organized.. they have everything except for a car.. lol .. yes i will be back.

I love going to Home Depot to look around and maybe pick up a new plant. The employees are very helpful here at this location.

Sometimes it can be hit or miss depending on which Home Depot you go to, but every time I've been to the W Inglewood store, it's always been great. The employees are knowledgable and friendly, which makes any project easier. Special shout out to Jaime, who made good on his word when I had an issue with a delivery. Although this Home Depot is a bit out of the way for me, it's worth the longer drive. Thank you!

It's always clean and easy to find what I'm looking for. Except for this Home Depot the selection of flowers is lacking. Not enough variety. The other Home Depot on Centinela has lots of variety of flowers. I wish you would do the same for this location, it's a lot closer to home.

Home Depot is a toy store for me. I spend way more than I should and every visit is a good visit. Employees are friendly and helpful. However, this trip was especially enjoyable. I was on the hunt for a BBQ grill that was on clearance at many stores with different pricing. When I found the grill at this store at the price I was hoping for, I called and spoke to Wendy. I explained to her what I was searching for and since none showed in stock, she put me on hold to go check the floor models and was able to find it fully assembled and confirmed that the correct pricing. However, she stated that she was not able to hold it since it was on clearance. I rushed over there. When I arrived, I went to check the floor models to see that the grill was no longer there. I proceeded to head inside to the customer service desk to ask for Wendy. Of course, she was the person that first approached me. Before I was able to ask her about the grill, she turned around and there it was with my name on it. She did indeed held it for me. I can't thank her enough for going over and beyond to secure this grill for me and for saving me from continuing my hunt. After making the purchase, I was assisted by Ant. Since it was fully assembled, I needed help in taking it partially apart to fit in my SUV. Not only did he get me the tools, he helped me load it up. These are the only 2 employees that I could remember their names. I did encounter a number of others who were all very friendly and helpful. This has been by far, my most pleasant visit to any store. I look forward to coming back soon.
