I have shopped at this CVS since they opened. Consistently, the service by employees and staff - whether I am checking out or ask a question when an employee is in the isles stocking, I have had Excellent Service! I wish I could remember the names of all the employees that have helped me, but I can honestly say, Everyone gets a Gold Star (or 5!) from me!

The pharmacy here is amazing. They take time to make sure their customers are save and even when they are busy they take take time for customer service. I just sat down and cried when I received my text message from them checking up on me and making sure I was okay.
You don't get customer service or support anymore so when I Have a pharmacy that goes out of their way I have to mention it.
I had a melt down one day and the male pharmacist didn't treat me like I was crazy. He was very patient and understanding and walked me through it and helped me get my medicine. I needed.
I am so grateful for you and the nice young lady helped me get a new card and put my email address to it she was very helpful.
Most businesses do not know customer service they could care less any more. Thank you so much.

Lilia was my cashier. Had a big line and she zipped through it super fast. Had a bit of a grumpy woman in front of me and she maintained herbfriendliness and helpfulness and a fast pace. Stayed smiling each customer and got us all through quickly. Great customer service every time I shop here.

I love CVS pharmacy!! The people are ALL professional and friendly. One thing also appreciated are the follow-up calls to make sure the meds are working well without negative side effects.

I must say, you have the world’s BEST Pharmacist. This is at CVS 4105 W Avenue L, Lancaster, CA. Mr. Pedram Gabayan is one of the most caring Pharmacist that I have ever met. We look forward to going to this Pharmacy ONLY because of a hope we see Pedram and knowing if we have a question Pedram is there to help. He remembers our prescriptions, when I go to pick up my prescriptions, he will say there is a prescription for your husband to make it easy so we don’t go there twice. If you can model how Pharmacist should act, you need to clone Pedram Gabayan in all your stores. If you do that you will increase 1000% getting new customers.

I like this cvs there courtesy polite and very helpful.There was nobody else in line behind me so she asked me if she could check my groceries out too

This is by far the most efficient CVS that I’ve been to. I was having an issue, and Amanda got on the phone and resolved it in less than 10 minutes.

Had to go to pharmacy. Both pharmacy and store staff were very friendly.

I have shopped at CVS for many years and I like everything about it.

They are usually very busy but they try to start the next transaction while finishing the first, to get the line down quickly. Pharmacist last night was very helpful locating the prescription at a different location so we could get it filled since they were out of it. I appreciate his effort and helpfulness.

This pharmacy is so much better than the CVS on Avenue J. They keep medications in stock and available for same day pick up, they answer their phones, they move even a long line quickly, and the rest of the store is clean and well stocked. The only complaint we've had is that sometimes they try to help two customers at once and its just slower for both that way. But the pharmacist is super helpful and went the extra mile to help me get a prescription filled when a pharmacy tech was giving me bad information about my insurance coverage. We're happy customers.

The staff (pharmacy), are very friendly , helpful and make you feel comfortable.

So I called at 3:08 and talked to a really nice lady I told her that the lasted appointment was at 4:00 and I would not be there till 5 something. She said that was fine because they Except walk-ins. So I get there and of course at that time there not excepting walk-in 🤦🏻‍♀
At this point I’m frustrated but they told me just to come back tomorrow so I guess that’s what I’m doing
On a sidenote I should’ve finished Applying to the 4 o’clock appointment even though they told me they except walkins

I only go here for snacks and over the counter stuff, but it's always been pretty good.
