I love JJill! They have clothes to fit all sizes, I usually by on line, but I like coming to the store for a look see and sales!

I would like to express gratitude to the exuberant greeting and exceptional service I received at the JJill Store in Garden City, Cranston, RI today. Christina the manager has created a most welcoming environment in which to shop. Her genuine care and kindness contributes to amazing energy in the store. Ruth, a sales associate is also a very welcome addition to this store. These two people made my experience very special. I left the store with the biggest smile on my face. One never knows what a small act of kindness can do to make someone's day. I hope this message gets to them, as well as whoever is a higher level in the organization. These women truly are distinguished in their commitment to spreading kindness and joy along with high quality retail experience.

Absolutely love this store. I've been shopping here for decades and almost every time find something! Garden City is a great shopping area, but sometimes the JJill vibe is not great in this particular store. It seems to have gotten better and its still my go to for many occasions!

Very nice clothing. They have regular and petite sizes, nice sale department. They remodeled the store so it's a lot brighter. Dressing rooms are large and clean. Moderate price point, but they usually have a sale going on.👍

I Had A LARGE ORDER RETURNED BY USPS but kudos GO OUT 2 SEVERAL efficient employées, aka Linda(NH),Judy& Leah (RI) WERE KIND 2 HELP ME GET SOME OF My ITEMS that had been returned back 2 JJill! SHAME ON USPS 4 NOT DOING THEIR JOB! WORKED OUT BEST BC I WAS ABLE 2 CATCH A GOOD SALE ON THE RETURNED ITEMS! ❤💝💘 ME SOME JJILL 4 EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY CLOTHING!👏🙏JJILL!😄🌞
