Their attitudes are very good, especially the manager, Mr. Tee who is very helpful in solving problems. Their attitudes are also very good. I highly recommend this store. It would be better if they could find more people who can speak Chinese..

Ms.Angela was simply the best agent so far! I couldn't come in as in-person. She texted me and requested all the information via text. The rep. was so nice and helpful. She really worked with me to get a good rate, new phone, transfer service. My phone was damaged during a theft when they removed the sim card so I am still paying off that phone. She even told me about the nurse, medical worker discount so my new bill is not that much more than it was before

Gio was so great and knowledgeable. He was always looking out for our best interest. Most importantly, we felt we could trust him when tech is so difficult for me. Everyone at the store was very friendly too. Highly recommend.

Store Manager Wilson is outstanding. He helped resolve a very critical PR situation where one of the staff William behaved poorly to an elderly customer. The staff person, whether intentionally or not, seemed to be more concerned with making a sale than caring about what is best for a AT&T customer. This customer was my mother who was elderly and it seemed like this staff person was taking advantage of elderly. Fortunately the store manager Wilson resolved the situation by caring about customers and putting that ahead of making a sale. Perhaps staff William lacks maturity and just needs to learn that customer care is first always. This review could have gone the other way but the store manager Wilson gets top marks and reassured that my mother gets what is best for her. She still got her phone, and it just required someone who communicated honestly and completely and wouldn't hurt to show some customer care, simple.

Stopped by last week to switch my service to ATT and was helped by a young man named Jay. Prior to coming to this store, I had gone to 2 other ATT stores that provided terrible service. When I arrived at this store, Jay was very prompt in providing great/friendly service and seemed to genuinely care to get me the best deals possible. He even stayed a bit later past closing time to help set up my phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the East LA area. All of their staff were very accommodating, including another gentleman who helped me named Richie.

I worked with a guy named King. He was very professional! He listened to me and what
I needed in a phone.He directed me to he right phone. He was kind & patient! I feel confident that I made the right choice. He was very helpful! I appreciate everything he did to sell me the right phone and the right accessories! I highly recommend King & ATT! Thanks Again!

Jakob is amazing at what he does and did a phenomenal job at addressing all and any questions I had towards the issues with my cellular device. 10/10 would recommend his service while he's still there.

My family and I love going to the Temple City AT&T. Their associates are always so nice and welcoming! Shout out to Gio! He has helped my family on several different visits now. He's always been great and easy to work with! He is very helpful, polite, and very accommodating to make sure my family's needs and questions were met! He is a great employee and an asset! Joseph is the BEST AT&T store manager. He is professional and show kindness to his customers. He has the skills to calm down an edgy situation. He is always availalble to respond to any concern. He really cares about his customers.

Great Staff. Walked into this store having phone issues and was assisted by their manager Jason. He was great! Not only did we figure out why my phone was acting up, he went over all the current promotions and was able to get me a new phone with a discount! I will definitely be referring all my friends to him.
