Very helpful staff and they always greet the customers with a smile. Never had any issues is this store. The managers know how to maintain a clean store here.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We were in just 3 days before Christmas and though there were a lot of people in the store we still received excellent service. They did not have the size I wanted and the sales associate quickly checked to see if they could be shipped to my house(for free!). They were available to ship and they arrived in just two days. In time for Christmas and it was BOGO 50% off so they were a great price too!

My family's had a great experience at Famous Footwear Outlet in West Lancaster, Ca. The two associates were super nice and helpful. We were asked if we needed assistance more than once but it wasn't to the point of being annoying. They have a variety of shoes....my whole family was able to find shoes here from sizes 8-12.

Very good prices, I recommend going when they have a BOGO /Half off sell. If they don't have your size in stock they offer free shipping for most items not in store. Good experience and fast delivery, will be back.

Friendly, clean and nice place if you know what you needed. Had a nice clearance selection and my daughter found work shoes there so it was a good first experience I personally like that it is located elsewhere from our mall where it's crowded and too much for me!

Never been here before. Excellent service! Large variety! Still open on a Saturday night of a 3-day weekend! And they're shipping my size in the color I want to my door. I will be coming back here and I will be recommending them to more people.

Placed an order online for store pick up and transaction was fast, simple and very easy. I knew which shoes I was going to give to my mom and they were in stock. I would recommend the online order and store pick up option if customer is familiar with the shoe style and knows it will fit properly from previously buying the shoe. Once the order is complete in being filled, an email and text was sent to my phone letting me know that the order was ready for pick up, the Famous Footware workers were fast in getting the shoes I ordered available to the front cashier for pick-up. When I got to the store to pick up the shoes, the cashier was very friendly and nice and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Thanks Famous Foootware Employees! A+++!!

Love this place and I can always find what I am looking for, as far as footwear. I just wished this business would expand to bigger Nike bags and sweatsuits.

My wife and I went to this store yesterday. We saw some shoes I wanted. They had a great sale. Buy one get one 1/2 off. The staff greeted us when we walked in. They helped us but weren't pressuring us into buying shoes or following us around. The cashier was nice with a pleasant attitude. Great prices and service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The manager was super sweet. They didn't have a particular pair of shoes we wanted that were on clearance but the manager had them sent from another store to this location and still gave us the current promo price. I forgot her name but she had the best customer service.

I always find what I want here & the customer service is great. Plus they now have a credit card option for high , who doesn’t love that.
