Excellent service, and the barista got the coffee spot on, as well as the spelling of my name lol, definitely stop by this Starbucks 🫶🏼

I love this Starbucks! I live in the city of bell and I drive to South Gate to get my coffee every day! The customer service is just out of this world amazing❤

Wait was less than 5 minutes. The 2 ladies working early am shift were really nice and fast!!!

It's alright. Except their is a sign on the floor that employees never take the time to pick up

Richard assisted me today he is the most helpful and charismatic person I have dealt with at Starbucks, I forgot to asked for a hot drink and got a cold one instead but he was like you know what, no worries and since the item I wanted was not in-stock he referred me a few other drinks, btw it was delicious!! You made my day!!

You guys are so awesome! I have 2 Starbucks closer to my house but I would rather drive to you guys. I always leave with a smile. Today in particular you guys made my day. I have a really busy/stressful day and you guys made it better with a simple message on the lid of my cup! Keep up the amazing work!

I love going here after school ! The staff is super friendly and always have my drinks ready quickly. They were even nice enough to offer my dog a bowl of water when it was really hot that day. I always come back to order from here !

The staff is amazing here. I come here regularly and Bella I think is her name with the red hair is always quick to greet me with a smile and her suggestions are on point.

Loved it but I'm a coffee lover so I have a bias. The young lady was awesome, the greatest manners. And very sweet, don't know if I'll get her in trouble. However an older lady, didn't seem to look homeless. Was looking for a warm drink to help her with the cold. This young lady gave her a small warm coffee. An act of kindness, we should pass it along. I know I will. Happy Holidays ☃🌲

This was my first time stopping here because it's always crowded but the move very fast. In/out of the drive-thru in about 12 minutes.

Good customer service here. The person who attended me was polite. Coffee was great and at a good temperature. I don't recommend trying to wait if the drive thru line is all the way to the street, could result in collision.

Baristas are nice. Even if they get something wrong, you know they’re trying and working hard. It’s frightening and disappointing that the manager would continue to keep this location open all day considering how COVID cases are rising and they are across from a busy shopping center. So many other locations have closed to protect workers. I haven’t gone in 3 weeks but see how busy they are when I drive by and hope that the lives of those workers are being put before sales. They should at least be given gloves and asked to serve at the window with a tray.

First time at this location, I used their drive thru, the barista was very friendly and accommodating, he made my drink even though they didn't have the ingredients. So thank you.

Great people working here. Prompt service and honesty. My husband was going to work and didn't wait for his debit card. We returned the next day and they had the card stored safely. Thanks.

I frequent this Starbucks about once maybe twice a week. I usually order my drink right before I arrive there and it's always ready. My drink is a bit complicated or like my husband would say "it's special like me". And no matter what my extras are they always make it just right! I would recommend this Starbucks to any aficionado and I'm sure you wont be dissatisfied. The baristas have always been friendly and very courteous, if you've experienced anything different I suggest giving them another try.

Wonderful service, ordered a nitro cold brew, for some reason did not have enough product to fill the size I had ordered, so I was refunded the cost. They treat you as if you are an old friend.
