Staff was great. This is not the best part of town. If you are just visiting, it will probably scare you lotta homeless around prices are great. I even had to come back and there was a nice gentleman who had helped my husband.

I really like THIS BIG Lots! The shelves are always full and the store is clean. Things are easy to find as well. I love browsing this store with the exception that I always spend more then I planned on.

I came on 01/25/2023. Shout out to both ladies. Both were friendly and kind. I didn’t get to catch their names, but both were nice. The young lady at the front was courteous and nice to talk to. She made the checkout a breeze.

I found this place very interesting they had pots and pans with ceramic coating for non-stick. Works great. You get two ceramics saute pans one frying pan one Dutch oven pot and one regular cooking pot you also get two lids a spatula a spoon with holes and a spoon with no holes kind of a good price too. $29.99

They young lady who checked me out today was a total sweetheart! Manager was very helpful and friendly as well. I can't wait to find another reason to go shopping there again!

I must say, very impressed when we walked in here. This is by far, the best location I've visited & will continue to do so. Was greeted as soon as we walked in, all the staff very friendly. We were buying a few decorating items for our home, that is until we came across their furniture. We purchased two sofas & a coffee table set along with it. It was all delivered the next day. We're very happy with our purchase & appreciate all the help from the staff.

I just had the pleasure of shopping at my local big lots. The associates that work there are amazing! Penny took the time to provide the best customer service I've seen in years. She helped a customer above and beyond what any store would expect from their employees. She is deffinetly an asset to this store

Wonderful staff. Clean store. Always full shelves. I really like this store. To bad the other Big Lots in Las Vegas aren't run like this one is. I will NOT shop at any Big Lots but this one. Thanks for making customers happy at this location. Nice job folks.

I love this store also! It has a little of everything! It's amazing how they have all ur every day needs in one place. Furniture included. Love it! Love it! I went crazy while shopping there!

Big lots has many similar items to Walmart, but much less crowds and MUCH nicer assistants. I'll go here before other places first. AND Ms Neti is always so pleasant and helpful. Love her.

I love going shopping in this store

We have shopped at this location several times in the last 6 months. We have bought several grocery items. Prices are very low in comparison to other grocery stores, although the selection is more limited than larger grocery stores. We especially like the type of loaves of bread that are available at this location. They also have furniture available for purchasing. Before Christmas, we saw an electric fireplace on display at this location that we wanted to buy for a Christmas gift. They had none in stock in a box, so the furniture department employee called the Lake Mead store that had one left in a box. They put it on hold for me to pickup at 7AM when the store opened the next day. This was excellent customer service. Every time we shop here, we seem to find something different to buy. We will continue to shop at this Centennial Hills store location.

Lots of variety in their stock of merchandise. The prices are good. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Always enjoy going to this particular Big Lots.

The Italian gal that works the check out counter is really nice & friendly. I enjoy seeing her whenever I shop here.

I went to the Big Lots in Centennial by the Home Depot, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, it was very clean and well, big. They had a huge amount of merchandise at very reasonable prices. They had fall and Halloween items that were comparable to Michael's, T.J Maxx and even Hobby lobby, at definitely lower prices. I will definitely go back. Oh, and if you're already thinking about Christmas, they have tons of different lights that are available at amazing prices. Happy Halloween!

This store and the staff are excellent. I visit and purchase from them frequently. The cashiers, furniture associates and even the stockers always ask if they can help find products. The cashiers always suggest the survey and the loyalty card (which I have). Great running store.
