The UPS Store

Cathi is the greatest! My husband and I needed documents notarized and then mailed them out with tracking. What seemed like a cumbersome errand, Cathi treated us like friends as opposed to customers. She helped us with envelopes and gave a few choices with pricing. Cathi also identified which tracking number belonged to which address on our receipt. We will definitely use the UPS Store for any shipping or printing needs.

Cathi is extremely helpful….every single time I’ve gone in the Cameron Park store! She has navigated me thru a few Amazon returns - why does it seem the procedure changes with every return?? But Cathi helps me always with ease. Today she took a passport book picture of me! Again, made it seem effortlessly. Great picture, too! I enjoy going in the store as she is always pleasant, professional, patient and efficient! Thank you Cathi for your great customer service!

Cathy has helped me many times...especially the last couple weeks, I've been in alot! ALWAYS service w/a smile...she must either love her job, or loves people and serving the public...or both! Y'all/owner better keep her happy-and just keep her, period! She is one heck of an asset the CP UPS! :) TY Cathi!!

I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and I wanted to say that Cathi gives old-fashioned good service. She is helpful and respectful of your time—-I have been in this store many times and she is consistently good and timely.

Kathi was amazing and helped me change the Amazon return drop off location from Whole Foods to UPS. I didn’t even know I had made that mistake or that you could do that. She saved me a 45 minute round trip drive to the other location. She truly loves her job and is all about customer service!

Cathi was a wondeful help this morning. She had a lobby full of customers . She greeted everyone as they came in the door. She kindly directed customers to the self help kiosks or said she would be with them shortly. Cathi was very helpful with my Happy Return items. She creates a comfortable and welcoming environment !

I really appreciate how helpful and kind workers are at this office. Recently Minh helped me so cheerfully. I am so happy they are there for Amazon returns and other services.
