This store is in a mall that has seen better days. But it is well stocked compared to other coals outlets. They have an Amazon return desk.

I love Sephora, but there weren't any near by my neighborhood, UNTIL🙆🏾‍♀ Kohl's openes one in store. Sometimes instore set up can fill like a mini version of the "real" one BUT THIS STORE HAS A REAL ONE! Lesley V. Got me all the way together! Sweet, personable, and she very much knows what she is DOING! I was praying about routes to take regarding my skin & walked into answered PRAYERS💯

I love that there undervover security was able to stop a theft. Theft raises the cost of merchandise then nobody can afford it. Stop theft lower the cost so we all can shop.

I was taken by surprise by how professional, friendly and welcoming everyone was at the Kohl's in San Leandro. I went in just for a return but the store layout was very inviting and I ended up spending way more than I planned. But the way every Kohl's employees I interacted with was so positive....even the return...the clerk was quick and I was in and out and then I did a little shopping but overall I was surprised at how nice everyone was. Nice and professional.

We went Christmas shopping for others and then I went back after holidays #Kohl's and shopped for myself I found a awesome shoe sale . The #Kohl's cash makes a difference it makes me feel Appreciated for shopping and I don't have to break the bank everytime I go . I only added $16 dollars this visit. Trust me it makes me want to shop more #Kohl's. Thanks from one happy shopper

It's my store. I've been coming here for years. Getting a little this and a little that which is needed. They got good deals. I like the clearance they have on certain days. I like the Kohl's dollars that they give you to utilize before the due date is up. Just cool. Good vibes clean store friendly workers that work there. And I also went to give a shout out to the associate that rung up my items. His name was Andy. He was super fast, efficient and cool. And I also love your. Store manager with the blonde hair. I can't remember her name. But she's amazing always. Such a friendly smile and she makes you want to come back to the store. She's very approachable listens to what you have to say. And that's the reason why I keep coming back. I really enjoy you guys bringing her on aboard to work for Kohl's. Again, there was another associate that helped me on the floor. I was looking for the fitting room. She was very young and she had black long hair. It was in a ponytail. I want to give her a shout out as well. Everything changed so much in the store. When I saw her she directed me to where it was and I went directly there. Overall just amazing five star. If I could give it a 10 it would get it. 10.

I always enjoy my experience at the San Leandro Kohl’s. I visit fairly often since it’s convenient to return Amazon items there (Getting those %off coupons makes it tempting to buy at least one item!)

Prices are excellent and there are frequent sales. The store is well-lit, neat, , and items are well-displayed. E.g., was a section today with lovely Autumn-theme items.

Staff are always good. In the years shopping there, I’ve never encountered anyone either on the floor, upstairs at customer service, or at check- out who was not courteous and friendly.

I gave Kohl's 5 stars because they are my one stop shop. I can find everything I'm looking for in one store. I'm in and out, Also the prices are affordable too!

Found what I was looking for and it was on sale also no lines at check out!

I went in to return an Amazon package. When I walked in I asked for directions to the Amazon return center. I was warmly greeted and walked over personally by an employee. Once in line there were 2 people ahead of me but the customer service person at the Amazon stand worked quickly and was upbeat.

Whole of the three register staff who assisted me were Beyond Helpful and presented me further benefits on my in-store 💳 card 💪

Had to go to customer service to pickup an item I'd purchased online and shipped to the store. Young man there was so pleasant and accommodating. Very nice experience.
