Central Market

My in-laws beautiful 65 Ford Turk broke down in front of the store on the way to visit us. The owner of the store graciously came out and assisted my in-laws making sure they were okay as they waited for us to arrive with part they needed for the repair. He even provided a tool and flashlight upon our arrival. I am so grateful for his kindness. The store was lovely as well , brightly lit and adequately stocked. Nice to know they’re our local businesses who care about serving people even beyond making a sale. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

This is the first review I have done. And for good reason it's hard to find any kind people who are worth the time. This farm town store has almost all you need ..coldest beer in town hands down. And I genuinely can't tell you what quality people they are ...the whole family. Stop in and see for yourself. Thank you again Central Market. Walnut Grove ca.

we had a minor accident on the highway and this store was the closest location. We stopped there and purchased some supplies to patch up our vehicle. The owner was extremely helpful and courteous. Even though we had bought drinks, he offered us bottled water for the trip home. He is very engaging, and honest. I'm old enough to remember the "little country stores" and the impact they have on small towns, and this one scores a mile high!

I stopped at the Central Market. Terrible Google GPS . Thankfully Bill the new owner gave me directions. Bill said his family recently purchased this market. It smelled clean, good lighting, corporate owned box food looks great. Eventually, the Central Market will have their Deli. I gave him advice. Keto food & French patisserie‘s . However, most will want greasy fried chicken & jo’jo’s . Great parking, easy access.

Service that goes WAY above and beyond. The new owner of this little grocery store is one of the kindest people I have ever met! We discovered that someone had punched a hole in our gas tank after we had driven to the Central Market. Bill (the Owner) insisted on carrying our case of bottled water to our car, then tried to help my husband tape up the hole in the gas tank. He told us we could leave the truck in his parking lot and the next morning the shop Nextdoor can fix it.. We were going to Uber back to where we were staying but Bill insisted on driving us. He dropped us off but insisted on carrying the case of water. We were staying at a marina on a houseboat so it is a long walk with numerous steep stairs. We offered him money but he refused to accept it. He was such a bright light in an otherwise very stressful situation.

All I'm going to say is Bill the owner of the store is an extremely nice man everybody there is friendly my car broke down over the holidays and that man made sure that no one touched my car until I got a tow truck even though it took almost 3 days to get a tow truck that man still made sure that my car was there and safe very good people and I am very thankful and appreciative of that and them

I'm giving it a 5 for thier amazon hub locker. Incredibly convenient, especially for a town with no mail delivery and no retail establishments that don't require a 30 minute drive to the nearest town. Thank you for providing this service.

The sweetest people everytime I go there ,the best customer service .I always ask for the extra pennies and give them dollars in exchange .Thank you for your kindness

It is an East Indian place old building next to the river very neat text you back the Indian man behind the counter speaks good English it has it kind of a Stern humor it's very appealing
