me and my boyfriend and our friends stumbled upon this store . just to check it out tbh . but omg the store is PERFECT . like it was so organize and neat . see i live in newport news and the stores over here are all over the place . adam and eve , is a perfect store to shop at , not only because its neat and organized , but the customer service was a 10/10 for sure . they greet you at the door with a warm smile and ofcourse ask if you need help with anything . jaylin and rae were so kind and sweet . they helped us find any and everything we were looking for . they suggested somethings we should check out , they answered all the questions we needed to be answered . the were absolutely AWSOME . the stores in newport news dont do that the people will sit behind the counter and wait until you check out . but i can honestly say i will be coming back to adam & eve ASAP !!

All of The employees there are absolutely amazing, and super nice. You feel comfortable when you walk into the store. They don’t make you feel judged or awkward and they are VERY knowledgeable about all of their products. They have so much stuff for sensitive skin. And the store is super clean. I will definitely be back and found my new favorite store. And absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever recieved

5/5 experience. The staff was very welcoming and open minded. Made me feel a part of the family. Definitely planning on coming here again

Absolutely love the vibes, very kind employees 💜 don't know why someone would expect an adult toy store to accept returns. But all in all they are very sweet and informative

Darren the general manager is the coolest dude!! he helped us out sooo much! everyone in there was so awesome and helpful.

Lexi and Darren (the Store Manager), did an amazing job with helping me find my novelties and expressing the benefits of each thing that I bought. The upsell was amazing. Customer service was wonderful, and they even answered all of my questions thoroughly. Just want to say thank you to them for being open to helping.

Omg this store is amazing and the customer service was spot on. I didn’t feel rushed at all and they were extremely knowledgeable! They helped me get exactly what I needed and I can’t wait to visit with the girls and make a day of it!

I’ve been here twice with my partner. Both times I’ve had Annie help me. She’s extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Not only that, she’s personable and nothing feels taboo or embarrassing. What’s even better is that she remembered us.
