I want to recognize 3 people today who delivered above and beyond EXCELLENT service! I had a huge exchange and between Nicole finding the right pairs of jeans and Natalie with her cheery attitude and impressive way of getting the job done in a timely manner and Hectors “can do it” attitude solidified I will NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! And I love to shop! Please congratulate them all for making my shopping experience second to none! Thanks!

A great place to return your terribly messed up online orders that unfortunately happen very frequently. The staff was courteous even though you are returning items. This staff should be in charge of the online ordering department and not the people who currently run the service

Tory was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed her so much. We can in to do an exchange in some jeans and she sat with us for quite some time and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Her energy was amazing, we absolutely loved her!

Sean was super helpful and took very good care of me. He was very approachable and courteous. I love the associates at Am Eagle, they are always attentive and professional, Sean included!

The manager on duty was incredible! (Im bad with names but i know hers is very cool and unique) We were wandering a bit, looking confused by the different jeans they had and she stopped what she was doing and assisted us all the way through our shopping experience, even taking the time to really connect with us, sharing interests in accessories and shoes, and made sure we left satisfied with our purchase of 2 pairs of jeans all while taking careof the other guests in the store with the same enthusiasm. Some of the best customer service we've received in a long time :)

I had a complicated return with some purchases and online exchanges I wanted to do and then have delivered to my home. Nya and Ricky were so nice and patient helping me out all the way until closing. Major shout out for the great customer service!! 10/10

Nasseem was a fantastic store associate who helped me at check out get the maximum benefit for spending/savings. The gals working in the dressing room were extremely helpful and the floor associates were right there when you needed something. It was a great shopping experience!! I’ll be back!!

Stopped by the mall with my little sister while we were driving through, and the store was clean and organized. Jas was super polote friendly - helped us find jeans that fit perfectly and was very attentive.

So let me start my story by saying my goal was to go to Hollister but within the 1st 90 seconds of being in there I was not even recognised or helped! So I decided to go into American Eagle within the 1st 2 seconds their team member in the front of the store greeted me and made sure they new what I wanted and helped me find the size I needed ( Which I have not known the size I was due to previous to weight loss) and he found it and got me started. After that the weight was off my shoulder and I could just enjoy shopping. Not only were they and I say "they" as every single team member in that store working to help me find what I wanted and what they could find to best fit me they DID.

I started my day out with a bad doctor visit that had me feeling very dismissed and defeated like I was just a number. These employees had no idea of knowing that but still treated me with so much respect and dignity! I will always be so thankful... it was what i needed!! I truly had an amazing experience that made me feel I was something more than just a consumer.

We went in this morning for some new jeans and Nicole was so helpful!! I hate hate hate shopping for jeans and she was right there with the perfect sizes and styles I didn't have a panic attack and we left with several perfect jeans. Best experience I've ever had. 👖

Great store. Lots of cute clothes. Clean. Employees were very helpful. They have a couple sale racks in the back of the store. They sell men's and women's clothing and accessories here.

Naseem was so helpful and took the time to help me browse around for some pants that were a right fit for my grandmother! The customer service is amazing and this is definitely my favorite store to come to!

Walked into the store, was greeted by a gentlemen. I asked for a specific pair of pants, they don't carry. This guy called 2 other stores in the area, to see if they carried cargo pants. He went above & beyond to help us. Still never got the pants tho. Lol Thank you!

NIKKI is the best girl to go to if you aren't sure what style you want with jeans. I never knew what would look best on me and my girl hit the bulleye. She picked the best style of jeans for me and my body type. 😍😍
