Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

Busy store. Liked everything except having to wait in a long line to ask for the key to the restroom. Come on now. Is there really that much riff raft traveling to your new community station to destroy your bathrooms.

Friendly and reliable staff. The place is always clean, well stocked, and well managed. While sometimes understaffed, that is understandable considering Terrible's hiring policies that employ some of this location and many others with people with disabilities. Many of these people want or need to work, hard as it may be for them. Try and be more patient some times.

Excellent Service. This is my regular convenience store for gas, cigarettes,and beer. They have always been helpful and efficient.

Clean station. Chevron fuel. Paid water and air, but out of order at time of writing.

Only problem I’ve had using my card through 10 states at this pump. Bathrooms need a key from register, staff unwilling to fill water for road trip needs, took our gas hogging camper to Costco down the street.

By far, and away the crappiest pumps in recorded history. Seriously fix this terrible level of service. Disgraceful that it's in Summerlin....Fyi the late night lady clerk is pretty strange, and is always trying to convert you to her religion when all you really want is to complete your transaction, and be on your way.

This store they never had receipt at the pump , that the sign of bad customer service, Employee doesn’t care about the business , when you give them advice they see carelessly, so after you pump a gas you have to come inside to get receipt.

I just attempted to go into the gas station only to be met with a sign that says "Temporarily Closed from 12AM - 4AM." Does not say why. Just says closed. The lady attempting to hid behind the counter. I saw her and she saw me. And yet still. Nothing. All lights off and everything. I would understand for shift change. But for no reason locking up the store. Not okay.

Outside machines were broken. Went inside to cancel the transaction since all the pumps were out of gas. Asked clerk for receipt to confirm he cancelled the transaction and clerk refused to provide me with a receipt. Later found out via my billing statement that I was charged $52.29 for gas not received.

Beware! This place is scammy!
Avoid this place at all costs!!! It was verbally abusive and ethnophobic!!! We just came here on 01-15-2017 at 2:30pm. I really hope managment solves the problem with their employees. We had the worst experience with a crazy rude cashier with short white spiky hair. We actually saw her yelling at customers!!!!!Treating a guy like they couldn't understand him, his English was fine. After we finally made it outside, a bunch of us were talking about how crazy rude that lady was. And how incompetant ALL the employees are. Overall the whole thing seemed very sketchy about the way the were accepting payments. I wouldn't be surprised if they were running a scam!!!!

Grill is always empty. Coffee is empty. Cashiers are always slow. Manager is incompetent. Made about 40 complaints directly to John Acres, he ignored them all, and did nothing to fix the problem. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this location.

I use my brand-new American Express card at the desert foothills gas station, three days later I got a call that somebody was using my card.

It was the only time I used the card. Avoid this place!!

Absolutely one of the worst terribles. It’s disgusting, the employees are rude and it’s run so poorly I’ve stopped going to any of the terribles in the area.

Bring back whoever Sheila replaced shes rude as hell!!!
