This is the best CVS in Northern VA thanks to the awesome team here. Manuel specifically has always been such an awesome employee whenever I need help, whether it’s running errands or needing support from the pharmacy or minute clinic.

Great pharmacy service every time I've been there. While waiting for my prescriptions to be filled, I've done some quick, convenient shopping and have been impressed with their excellent selection of products. The aisles are usually clean and organized. This clinic is conveniently located in Reston, near Twin Branches Rd., Sunrise Valley Dr., and Lawyers Rd. You can find a large parking lot that is shared among many businesses, but which always has many spaces available.

Pharmacist Uday was exceptionally professional, patient and helpful working through our health plan's confused web of information glitches in its system to ultimately get us our medication. This approach is critical in any pharmacy and is greatly appreciated.

Sitting at this CVS after my Covid booster. Saw some negative reviews but my experience was PERFECTION. Made appointment online, got numerous notifications of the appointment time and place, arrived 15 minutes early, checked in on mobile and walked in where Jin (fellow former Big Apple resident) was already out looking for me. Had vaccine DONE 10 minutes before my appointment time and the 15 minute wait is a perfect time for a five-star review. Feeling great so heading out. Corporate office, please reach out and commend Jin, he is a true asset. Keep up the good work!

Had 4:00 appointment for new booster and flu shot. Arrived about 15 minutes early and checked in with no wait. Received both shots before my appointment time and waited my 15 minutes. The pharmacist was terrific -- both shots were painless. Would definitely go here again.

Friendly staff and bilingual, my father was able to clearly get his questions answer by one of your employees, Michael. Excellent and planning on coming back. Thanks Jackie Soriano

Motaz Salous was so helpful yesterday. He said this isn't his regular location but I hope he stays. I was having trouble with figuring out how to use a coupon from good RX for my dog's medication and he took the time to try to reprocess my medication with a great attitude. I also had a question about what I could take for nausea and he walked around the store with me to look for some medication. I wish all pharmacists were this friendly.

Hey, I'm the 12yo that came in yesterday for my school vaccinations. I am HIGHLY afraid of shots, don't know why, i guess just knowing there will be a painful needle inside of me and even when they wipe my shoulder i feel like exploding, however the doctor/nurse whatever you call it there was really nice, they didn't have numbing supplies so she went out of the office to get me an ice pack, i got 2 shots the first one I did FEEL it unlike some other adults say that you won't but it barely hurt. I thought she was getting reading to poke it inside of me but it felt like she just touched the surface of my skin, the seconds one i was still shocked and thought they would feel the same but it hurts just a little bit more, that's because i THOUGHT it wouldn't so i wasn't as afraid and got it done quickly! I didn't have breakfast before so we also got to get a Gatorade, and she gave me a lollipop! we had a nice convo, and i had my very first best doctors appointment that includes something i hate with all my gut. (Nobody really understand why and how I'm so afraid but this really helped me, still highly afraid tho.)

Edit: haha I'm coming back to this review, I sound kinda dumb buy i was really happy. Also she was super nice and we had a lot of things in common. She was amazing 👏 😍

Lisa Y is the best pharmacist ever. Smart, caring, knowledgeable and cheerful. She always looks for ways to solve insurance problems, and get the lowest price with coupons. She actually makes purchasing medicine a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Daniel was an outstanding and helpful employee. Helped me find everything I needed and was a pleasure to check out with. You need more employees like Daniel. Thank you!

I have no issues with this CVS....

I can’t thank the pharmacist and pharmacy at South Lakes enough. Very competent and helpful in getting our prescriptions filled and mailed to us at a time when we were unable to get out. Thank You for going the extra mile to help us.

The Pharmacist at South Lakes CVS is the BEST around. She is so helpful. I trust her to fill all of my families prescriptions. This CVS is excellent.

Very friendly and helpful people in the front of the store, but not so much in the pharmacy.
