I had no idea this place was here. 19th Anniversary on August 1st. Did not know what to expect when I walked in being a first-time customer. The food is amazing. The prices were so inexpensive that we wanted to order more but we knew we would not be able to finish eating it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a traditional Mediterranean Deli Style Food. They also have a market that is attached where you can buy even more traditional items. Coffee 1.00 Tea .25 all different types of deserts. I paid 1.25 for mine. I appreciate the culture it brings to this area. A very delicious place to get something to eat and then go relax at Tyrell Park or have a picnic.

Abbie's was recommended to us by a lady who lives in Orange, TX. She spoke highly of their gyro so I just had to try one. It was excellent. It was an explosion of flavorful ingredients that tasted delicious all the way to the last bite. The special olives that were served on the side were very good. My husband ordered the corned beef sandwich. It was just as good as the gyro. Now that we have tried two different items, I look forward to returning to try more things on the menu. We truly loved this place and will most definitely visit again.

I actually don't like to post reviews on this one, not because they are bad. But because I don't want my favorite quiet very good import quirky lunch spot, to be jammed with people. It really is the only place in town I can get actual Italian hard salami. Not to mention, daily samples of foods from all over.

Delicious! I got the chicken gyro and it was not only delicious but also very large for only $8. Staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend

This is a favorite lunch spot for me. Abbie is typically busy, but I have never seen him without a smile or a willingness to interact with customers. The ladies that serve up sandwiches are always friendly and, most importantly, the food is always excellent. This is a great place for a light lunch and even some groceries for later!

Not a big store but great tea selection and the restaurant is authentic and delicious. House seasonings are a must buy if you stop in. Baklava, Gyros, Olive Salad, and Vegetarian sandwiches.

The best Middle Eastern groceries and deli throughout the region, including the huge metro of Houston. I know what i speak of as i know middle eastern groceries and deli's in Houston, i know the food very very well as i grew up eating middle eastern foods all of my life. What is so amazing is the prices are equivalent to or even lower than Houston. Enjoy without the long trips to Houston. Last but not least the owner is a true man of God, dealing with Abbie's Imports will be a delight for the memories.

The Greek Gyro was very good. The dogmas were delicious too. It was very reasonably priced as well.

THIS is what food is supposed to taste like - got a Greek Pizza, was prepared to order with very fresh ingredients. Have shopped and eaten here before; staff is always very friendly and helpful, the store portion stocks some Mediterranean or Middle Eastern type foods that you won't find in your local grocery store - but the Mediterranean food in the cafe is the big draw here. Excellent.

Great food. You need to visit this restaurant/store. They have a large variety of different foods. I love their dates.

The gyro is excellent. Jean and Abbie are such wonderful people. The two women working there are very sweet and accommodating as well. There are so many marvelous consumable items here, and a full menu of plated meals! Not like any other shop I have been to, in the best of ways. Think: Mediterranean.

Fantastic! Large bags of gala mix, awesome spice selection, Turkish yogurt and cheese and a nice selection of olive oils. They are super helpful. I've been making trips to Houston for supplies, but this store makes those trips a thing of the past. They'll even special order items for you!!

I used to come here very often. My life circumstances have since changed, but I've been meaning to come back. The owners and the employees are all very nice and helpful. I love this place because it has a lot of Greek foods and goodies, such as very delicious gyros. I myself am of Greek heritage, and authentic Greek food is difficult to find around here, so of course I'm fascinated. They also have items that are hard to come by in regular grocery stores (Abbie's is a deli/store) such as rooibos tea, organic and raw honey in a glass jar, and so much more that comes from Greece and surrounding countries. It's a very unique place. I just wish they would extend their operating hours.

I could spend hours here. Small store with a deli that is full of delicious tastes and aromas from the Mediterranean. The store shelves have so many items from around the world. I found this place accidentally searching for goat cheese other than the kind you can find in a local grocery store. I found that and so much more. If you happen to drive by one day, stop in and taste what they have to offer. Their stuffed eggplant with walnuts and garlic will make your taste buds sing even if your like me and don't care much for eggplant. It's amazing

I love this quaint little Mediterranean Deli. The owner Abby and his staff are very friendly. The food is fresh and always good. There is a small market inside to shop wonderful cheeses and meats, teas, etc. Delicious Baklava. Call in a to go order to have ready when in a rush.

I get the gyro, and it's seriously the best! Authentic food, great prices, and friendly staff make this a go-to! They also have authentic ingredients you can purchase for home use!
