I had a poster for a dog walking service of mine designed, printed and laminated here by Anthony. He did an absolutely awesome job of the project and in such a timely fashion. The color is bright, the photos really stand out and the layout he chose is very appealing to the eye.
The staff here also go above and beyond to help out the customer. Very friendly too.

I've used this UPS Store on several occasions this last year for printing needs for events and seminars and our rental business. Anthony is responsive, has great suggestions, and happily meets my special requests on paper weight and more. Everything comes out looking its best and on time.

The person (Grace) helped me as soon as I stood near the counter and gave all the options for the urgent request I had and the package did reach as per the timing she has mentioned to Houston over night.

Anthony and the team was super helpful! I was able to e-mail the printed materials and then send my son to make payment to have them shipped out. Anthony's attention to detail in helping us get the package put together correctly (there were a few nuances) and explaining the overnight guarantee were awesome. And, it made it there this morning. Exceptional customer service! The staff is always very nice and helpful. I've been going here for years and have always had a great experience. I recently just ordered a very large complicated printing job. I emailed the files and they got it all organized and printed in one day. The quality was great and extremely accurate. I would give 10 stars if I could.

100 percent outstanding business run by super nice, competent, and highly reliable people. It starts from the top, with Anthony, the owner. Over the years and before we began using this particular UPS store, we utilized other similar type businesses. However, none compared to the level of professionalism of this particular location. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are experts at their craft, and it's great to know the owner is hands-on, working every day at the store. (Good luck finding that elsewhere...) We honestly cannot say enough great things about this specific business. They're the best!

The Store owner was so incredibly helpful. I was shipping frozen salmon and they took care of everything for me… providing the container, packing and dry ice! Couldn’t have been easier

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the staff here especially Kaylene. She is always cheerful whether in person or on the phone. She knows me by name and as soon as I enter she’ll go in the back and get my package(s) and or mail. She is Top Shelf. I spend half the year out of state and she always makes sure that communication is clear and that I get whatever is needed. This is a well run store.

Customer service was excellent. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing time to send off an Amazon return. I was having problems pulling up the information on my phone because the location has poor cell coverage. I walked in at 1 minute until closing. I was still having problems. They patiently waited for my phone to respond, even though I told them I'd come back another day. They kept the store open 10 minutes past closing time in order to process my return. This saved me a second 40 mile round trip. Thank you!

This was an AMAZING experience. This was my first time visiting this location and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make everything I needed for my wedding invitations. Anthony (the owner) personally helped and answered any concerns I may have. They were very patient, professional, and kind. They even let my kid go in the back and see how bubble wrap is made and ask questions. I could not recommend this location enough! I will definitely be coming back for any other printing needs!

This is a great store. They always go out of their way to help and they are knowledgeable. Recently Kaylene spent a long time getting an international shipment out for us. It was received with no problems at all. We were grateful for her patience and expertise.

The team here did a great job for me on a bulk mailing. The manager worked with me diligently to solve multiple printing problems, and when the Post Office rejected the mailing with some completely arbitrary rules they stepped up, changed the mailers and got it out the door. I would definitely recommend these folks.

Kaylene and the owner Anthony are always so helpful. They took the time out of their busy day to help me with a complicated return. Out of all the ups stores in Boise I’m always very pleased with the federal way store.. They are always kind. The store is very organized and they are on top of things. Thanks guys! 5 stars ⭐

Driving through on my way from Salt Lake to McCall and needed some little signs printed for our show. Anthony was super helpful! Got my little signs printed on cards rock and he even scored them for me to fold. Plus he let me use their restroom. Quick in and out and I’m set. A+++ 🤗
