Bullfrog Spas was in contact with us to verify payments, location of spa, pathway, electrical, etc. The outlet store let us do a wet test for our spa pack selection which allowed us to fine tune our selection. Delivery was right on time and the installers were efficient. One bit of feedback is that the water chemistry is a bit confusing. The installers should leave the owner with a basic PDF on steps to get started with water prep. When to use JUMP START, when to install frogease, etc. I have received conflicting information on sequence of events from installers and store room people. I am 5 days into balancing my water and I’m close to being within ideal parameters.

So, my Bullfrog spa, purchased ten years ago, finally broke down on me. I called their repair services for help. They arrived promptly, made the needed repairs, and were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I highly recommend their product and their support services.
If you are thinking of buying a spa or are in need of a repair, this company is the place to go.

I needed the motor of the cover of my swim spa serviced. I am absolutely amazed at the wonderful service I was given. From the first gal who answered my phone call for help to the gentlemen who came out to my home. Everyone was very polite, respectful, energetic, skilled, and they always had a smile. They explained the problem in terms I could understand. They also were able to correct the issue ahead of the original scheduled appointment date. Great service. I can always count on Bullfrog for excellent products and service.

Very responsive to the questions and concerns I had with our spa. The technician that came out to diagnose and repair the spa was very polite, professional, and quick. Highly recommend them to service your Bullfrog spa.

The entire experience has been enjoyable! We purchased the exact hot tub we wanted had a great price. Ever since it was installed, we haven’t had a bad experience in it or getting customer service from bull frog spas in Kaysville! The staff are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help! You will not regret buying from them, EVER!

We visited several hot tub dealers before we ended up purchasing from Bullfrog. We are so glad we did! The salesperson we worked with at Bullfrog was great to work with. There were no pressure tactics—just information on their products which seemed much Huber quality than others we had seen. Bullfrog also had spas available much sooner. Other vendors told us we needed to order asap to get something in November. We placed our order on May 16th and we’re told it could take 6-8 weeks but may be sooner. Sure enough we had our hot tub installed in just over a month. They kept in constant contact about what we needed to have done to be ready for delivery. The delivery personnel were friendly and helpful as well. It was a great experience and we are so happy with our hot tub!

We just purchased a home that has a Bullfrog Spa. Taycee at the Ogden store was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful in training us on how to be new “hot tub parents.” She was not at all pushy and very price conscientious for us. Thank you so much!

Franz is the very best to work with he is top notch. I was very hesitant to purchase a Spa to begin with and Franz took the time to educate me on Spas and I am so glad he did because I bought the best on the market a Bullfrog of course! I purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from Franz, and it was one of the best decisions I've made in years. Franz remembers my name and it is like seeing my best friend whenever I go back for supplies.

He counseled me on the benefits of purchasing a handrail which I did, and that too was the second best decision I'm made for a while. As a senior citizen, I don't know how I got along without it.

I always wait at least a year to write a review because I feel that many things can happen after a purchase that can change how you feel about a product/company. We purchased our spa in OCT2018 and have been thrilled with both the product, the sales location, and delivery. As a result we have told many of our friends that have been shopping for hot tubs (which in sales is the best compliment). Also with the discount on cleaning products offered in store, its actually cheaper than Amazon (shock)((pun intended))... all kidding aside, Franz is always friendly and helpful when we call or come in. We can't wait to buy our swimspa next! Don't hesitate to purchase a Bullfrog, they are top of the line and so energy efficient.

Big shout out to Franz! Just want to say a big thank you for selling me a relaxing and high quality Spa. Fantastic service from Bullfrog Spas of Layton. Franz is the most wonderful person. Every question we have about our spa he gives us great advice. We love our hot tub and use it almost every day and we got it a year ago. Great for soaking the tension and stress of the day away.

Franz was awesome to work with. We bought the tub and it showed up exactly as expected and perfectly on time. The installers/delivery guys were very helpful and pleasant to have around for a few hours. Can't wait to get in it.

I recently purchased a bullfrog spa from the Layton store. Blake was very helpful to us in making a choice that suited our needs best. We went home that night to think it over and returned the next day and made the deal with Franz. (Blake was off) Franz was very helpful with our questions and knew the product very well and was very pleasant to deal with.
Delivery was in about 10 days but that's when trouble started. My old hot tub wiring needed to be upgraded to make the new tub safe. I spent a whole day researching solutions with electrical suppliers to no avail. I finally went back to the Bullfrog store at the end of my rope and Franz said he would have their trouble shooter come by to see how to make this work.
I can't say enough positive things about Rick. He got to my house late that same afternoon and showed me EXACTLY how to make things right. It was getting late so he came back the next day and stayed (A LONG TIME) to help me with the wire installation and had an idea that when complete was a lot more professional looking than what I was going to do. He knew EVERYTHING there was to know about codes and ways to pull wire that saved me a lot of time and effort.
If you EVER have trouble with your hot tub, Rick is who you want to deal with it. I really can't express how knowledgeable and extremely helpful he is. You just don't get service that that any more!

We have been shopping for a hot tub for several weeks and visited the Layton Bullfrog Store yesterday. It was a delight to meet Franz! He has managed this store since it opened 10 years ago and knows these tubs inside and out. He was very gracious with his time and all our questiions and clearly enjoyed showing us his products. The Bullfrog spas are such a unique, thoughtful, intelligent design and beautifully constructed. We had an exceptional experience and have finally found the tub of our dreams!
