AT&T Store

Family went to AT&t store to pick up a screen protector for a new phone we bought last week from a different AT&t store we were greeted by Ken and man I tell you I'm glad we were greeted by Ken he went above and beyond what he had to do he ended up saving us close to $300 on our bill. He took his time went over everything showed us where we could save money and how we could save money. Then we went over different screen protectors and which one was the best pros and cons I've never received customer service like this! Ken you're awesome I will definitely be returning to this AT&t store because of Ken!

Went into the Collierville store and worked with Amanda today to get our phones upgraded. She made everything easy for us and had a great and helpful attitude during the whole process. Would highly recommend AT&T and this store, particularly !!

I lost my phone new years eve and ON NEW YEARS DAY the staff in Collierville were able to get me up and running within an hour and a half. They were able to explain all of the new up grades on my new phone and I was on my way.

Just left ATT on Wilma and I was dreading it. Erin was simply amazing. I came in with my three kids, a million questions and she was just so patient and incredible. Thanks for making this so much smoother for us

Shoutout to Tyril Falconer. Newly shipped phone had damaged Sim card. I was greeted with handshake & smile. Ty resolved my issue asap, old phone copied to new, and my total time in store was 15 minutes. Excellent tech support and Customer Service!

Tyril Falconer was the guy that helped my wife and I out. We had a couple of things that needed to be done/ swapped over.

He went above and beyond to make sure those tasks were completed! He was outstanding and focused employee! Much appreciated!

My son and I just upgraded to new phones and went in for cases. Our sales associate was smiling and friendly from when we walked in. He made suggestions for cases and mentioned the by 2 get one 1 on accessories. He was a pleasure to speak with and knew his product line very well. An enjoyable experience. My 23 yr old son stated "why can't everyone be like that"? I've been an AT&T customer since 1981. This is why I don't change my services, cell, home phone, internet and DTV.

As soon as I entered the store, I was met by rep Brandi Jackson. She was friendly, knowledgeable and effective. The only thing that she could not do was change my plan to paperless. I have to call in myself to do that. Got a better plan and saved money. Took less than 30 minutes. Nice!

Came in to compare prices/buy phone for our son. Alicia was amazing. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Extremely helpful in price comparisons, explaining differences between devices, and helping make sure we got what we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Alicia!!

I had to replace my damaged iPhone 12 Pro Max. The new one had just been delivered and i was having difficulty setting it up. I took it into the AT&T store in Collierville, Tn. The technician,Tyrol, was very kind, patient and helpful. He not only helped me set up the new phone but packaged up the damaged one for me to return. Awesome customer service.
