College of Western Idaho Bookstore

I've only been here a few times and each time I was just picking up an order I placed online. It was pretty dead each time I went and there were always at least 3 people working, so I've always gotten help right away. On my most recent visit, I noticed they added a separate desk area in the back corner where you pick up online orders (at least I *think* it was new), which made it look a bit more organized. I've never spent more than 5 minutes here, so no complaints from me!

Jazlyn at one stop student services has always been there to guide me throughout my apprenticeship. I’m so grateful for her simplifying each step.

Great stuff, the prices are a little high so definitely shop around. Great place for CWI gear though.

I called today with questions on purchasing a laptop. JASON was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I know this time of year must be extremely busy, and dealing with Covid isn’t making things easier. He was very helpful, and very kind. Bravo, Jason! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, after being helped already I was then approached by another staff member that was helping out with curbside pickup. There wasn't much of a waiting time with this whole COVID-19 thing having an effect on schooling this year, besides that, the staff is very helpful 👍.

I haven't been back to school in quite a while so things have changed a lot and has gone WAY MORE digital than in the early 2000's. I didn't know what to expect when walking in, right away I got greeted and was helped immediately. I had to pick up some text books. So as I'm signing my name for the ones I'm getting I say out loud you know they should make binders for left handed people, because I had to take a page out of the binder to sign it, and the other lady who was there said well we do have left handed spiral notebooks. I was like WHAT?! REALLY!?! I was super excited about this new piece of information. Haha as I'm finishing up getting my textbooks the lady said here you go and went and got the notebook for me. I was like that's really neat, the people there really want to help the students. I also had to buy a printer and I couldn't believe it was only $60!!! It's just a basic Canon one, wireless, has a scanner!!, prints in color and you can print pics with it. It also comes with 1 extra cartridge for black and color ink. Everything you need for $60!?!! You can't beat that. They had some really cool stuff in there. I couldn't look around long because I had an essay to print. 😉😁 so overall great stuff, very nice employees, and things are a reasonable price.

Staff is very knowledgeable and the computer guys are very good at comparisons. The staff will walk you through what you need to charge to financial aid, and they are best able to help if you have your schedule with specific sections on it.

Great college bookstore. They have your textbooks and so much more. According to the students, the coffee is really good.
They have CWI apparel so you can be cool to your school. They even sell computers.
And if ever things go back to the way they were pre-pandemic, go to the back and ask to meet the resident mascot. You won't regret it.

The cashier made buying books fast and easy. She was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Great college book store. Staff are helpful and friendly. They got what you would expect for a college bookstore. Computers, clothes, snacks, student life stuff. Usually not too busy.

I work there right now and I find it to be a pretty nice place it gets pretty busy during rush but overall the people are pretty amazing and we will do what we can to get your books

The college of wester Idaho bookstore it for students who attend this college. This store sell student books story books, lecture books. Or any kind of book you need for school or for yourself. They sell deferent things as well for students T shirt , cups, spot thing and et. It a nice place and help to find anything is been given.

The staff who helped me is a business major, and very friendly, and knowledgable. The store is very clean,, and well organized.

Great little bookstore. Just ask for help to find your books. It sucks grabbing the wrong book for class.
