Flying J Travel Center

There is a good size store that is well maintained and stocked.
The staff was very friendly and professional.

There is the usual PFJ fare, hot sandwiches, chicken wings along with salads.
There is also a Denny's inside for food alternatives for your selection.
🚻 Restroom
The driver's restroom was clean and well maintained.
🚿 Shower
The shower was a little small but clean with good water pressure and lots of hot water.
🅿 Parking
It's a good size parking lot with lots of room to maneuver that is separated from the Truck stop by a creek.

Super caring people. Us truckers really appreciate a clean bathroom away from home 🏡 I have OCD a clean truck stop is hard to find and I am very pleased with the employee. It's almost midnight and still clean bathrooms thank you

The place is big not huge but it does the work with 15 shower which is great so you don't have to wait most of the time. Inside you can find a Denny's for breakfast. Parking is big and comfortable and it's good for a long stay.

My Toledo location my favorite and the best they treat me good and accommodate as best as they can and care love my crazy conversations no JUDGMENT there! And despite my 4'8 height and 114lbs stature treat me like an adult most IMPORTANTLY FAMIL! In some locations I'm treated like a child like disciplined LOL if they signed a waiver cause of my skills I personally want to tussle but the adult in me says take A BREATH. there food is phenomenal and never ask questions when I ask for fresh I have 45 medical conditions and feel I shouldn't live in a glass house I even get IV IGG TREATMENT to keep me fiesty! But most IMPORTANTLY they smile welcome me and keep my food fresh. If I run out of money to soon in the week and eat my own they never ask me to pay for condiments LOL a lot of your location has to know I live here so my rent is paid when you give up a paycheck ask yourselves PILOT PPL how much money do you invest. Pilot is our life and second family PLZ EMPLOYEES OF PILOT TREAT THE ONES WHO INVEST WITH CARE, DIGNITY AND RESPECT.

Good flying j very nice employees have big lot back side of the lot is little tight for backing up but inside store usually is clean also they have repair shop which has 2 bays for light repairs

I have no clue why this place was given a bad review. We rolled up late, was pleased they actually had a mail box, and the store was warm and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, actually the store was clean including the driver's lounge which is rare, rare ,rare these days! The Dennys was actually open too( closes at 10pm though) and I have to be honest it was the best Dennys food and best waitress we've had since pre-Covid! Next morning we did tons of laundry ( only issue was the two laundry machine were quite dirty but the guy working the back came and cleaned them immediately so kudos to him!) The shower was hot, great pressure, and very clean. Ok so the Kiosk wasn't working, big deal. Who cares about a Kiosk when everyone that worked there, day shift and night was friendly, Dennys was open, and there was a good laundry room and great showers. A little gem here for the drivers!

Thanks to the nice Lady who accepted an email of our company insurance card I needed printed b4 May 01. Other FJ/PILOT and TA/ PETRO places would not accept an email.

Maybe they fear malicious content which is understandable. I let the nice FJ Lady take the phone and view the doc image; she punched in the addy.

To boot, all the employees here whom I ran across are very nice; nice work environment This tells me that management must be doing the right stuff to keep the employees customer friendly.

Denny’s at this location closes a bit early for a truck stop Denny’s (7:00pm) But I’m not a fan of Denny’s anyway.

I'm not sure what "Thungry" is, but they are still the most comfortable place to stop for gas

Attention Truckers if you are ever in the area stop by the shop. The manager is very knowledgeable and the customer service is real great. I recommend this shop highly.

Always get greeted here upon entry. Also I never feel the 'possible thief' vibe I get sometimes at other places.

Showers are always cleaned and have good water pressure. Not once have I been here and had to wait.

Every employee encountered has been professional. Always a good stop.

Stopped in this morning on the way back from cedar point. Very nice place here and spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. I loved this place and they have great coffee every time I stop, I even took a cup home for tomorrow morning. Donna at the front register was so great to talk with and she made me happy that I stopped. Next time I’m passing by I’ll stop again and visit. Good job guys!

Very Cool Professional manager, Great polite kind friendly Personality. And his staff is Great hard working for us the Consumers and Truck Drivers. Go on in and say Hello to Tom and his friendly staff.

This place is excellent. Apart from the usual services of scales and diesel for semis, it has plenty of showers and a laundry room. Also, a decent lounge for truck drivers. The Dennys inside has pretty good service, too. Highly recommended as the staff is courteous and friendly.

The restrooms are always clean and well stocked and the gas is always cheap!

There is truly a Spirit of Customer Service on this place. The team members at this Flying J location care for and attend to their drivers as best they can. I've been to the new and modernized Love's across the interstates but most of them don't have people in place that understand that drivers want to be treated well just like anyone else. This Flying J gets it and I am SO grateful to them for making my time on the road and the trials I am going through a whole lot easier to deal with!! For all you do for me and other drivers/travelers, Thank you, you are TRULY APPRECIATED!!!

Our waitress was awesome good personality on the ball with our order I definitely give her a 5+ also she is ready to have her baby soon and that is a great worker that can keep herself with a smile 😊 and not complaining like I would have again a 5+

Came in tonight and met Phil the cashier! He is seriously the coolest cashier I have ever met. Friendly and hilarious. He also went above and beyond as far as customer service goes.

I wish there were more Phil cashiers out there!
