This location is my first choice for phone information and help. Have never been let down. Customer service and satisfaction by the Cricket staff appears a priority within the Cricket policy guidelines the staff work within. Cricket is my favorite carrier. They have several plans and use the AT&T cell towers so coverage is huge with lots of services. So far, Idaho City, parts of the Missouri Ozarks, and areas of Nebraska are the only dead zones that I have experienced and Cricket said that the Idaho City dead zone should go away soon. I swapped from Verizon years ago and kept my phone number, got much better service, reliability, value, and satisfaction with Cricket. I recommend Cricket to everyone looking for a new cell phone company. I was with Verizon for over 20 years and wished that I had known more about Cricket and swapped way beforehand. I only look back to ask why I had not swapped from Verizon years before? When travelling with my Cricket phone service, I often run Google directions, talk on the phone and stream Internet radio simultaneously that Verizon had trouble doing each individually and Verizon had much more dead zones and drops. These Cricket staff are attentive with the goal of win-win for everyone.

When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but creatures of emotion. (The branch from orchard street in Boise completely disrespectful) Mr. Louis from this branch very helpful person understandable person help me very well, in phone call I explain he understand very well and asked me to come over, he did troubleshoot my phone. In few minutes I walked out from store very happy. Thank you for wonderful customer service.

Absolutely amazing store. Walked in there with a problem and they fixed it very quickly. I met the manager at this store, probably the nicest store owner I ever met. Was super friendly, helpful, and I enjoyed talking to him. Cricket also has great coverage. Overall 10/10 experience and just a 10/10 provider in general. I would recommend cricket to anyone!

I like the way they treat their customers. A bit expensive, but you do get what you paid for. Purchased a screen protector and they put it on so I don't have any air pockets. Yay!

This cricket store in Meridian is always so friendly and helpful. I have been to others that are very rude and if you are not Hispanic they don't help you willingly. I live in Nampa and drive out of my way to the meridian store for their great service when I have troubles or need a new phone. Thank you

Apalonia who is the manager not only has amazing customer service but she is also extremely smart. She knows what she is doing. Such a Beautiful woman with an extremely intelligent mind. I refer anyone go to her. she is absolutely stunning. If you want to get a good deal and have a GORGEOUS girl to look at while she is setting everything up, go see her!!!

Switched over to cricket today. I have to say it, a phone is a phone and all carriers are the same. But the service I reserved today is 100% the reason I switched. Kassandra was so helpful explained everything I needed to know about switching got me in a good phone, not pushy at all didn't try to sell me everything just what fit my needs and that was refreshing. Highly recommend this location.
