The associates at the Oceanside NY store were so helpful. Bryan was about to go in break, but when asked gave me assistance and stayed with me to complete my transaction. Very pleased with my experience.

I found that the tech support at Staples exceeded my expectations and was competitively priced compared to the competition. I'm confident any future issues can be resolved quickly.

Printer problem, went to Staples at 8:50 on a Saturday night. They fixed the problem. They were courteous and not bothered by an old guy needing help at closing time.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for hiring really wonderful people to work behind your copy and print center at this location. I am particularly thankful for one gentlemen by the name of Courtney Duquesnay. I asked him his full name in order to submit this review. When I asked him about the corporate office email address, he stated, “it’s truly no biggie, you don’t have to do that”. This made me feel even more grateful. He wanted no thanks or praise for doing a wonderful job, how humble is he.

I walked in needing some work laminated on Friday, January 5, 2024 and he cut everything to perfection and got the work done beautifully as well. I had a few work that needed to be done on Friday night and with a smile and no hesitation, he got it completed neatly and beautifully. I was so humbly grateful to meet an associate with so much kindness and exceptional customer service skills.

I have tried writing to your General manager Dominik and other corporate offices to write of my great experience and I am posting it as a review as well here because a kind employee should never go un-noticed.

I was in urgent need of printing photos for a funeral the next morning and the woman working was beyond helpful. Luckily it wasn't busy, so she helped to make it easy to measure the frames I had, printed for me, edited the photos a bit as needed for size and brightness. I could not ask for more. thank you!

Good assortment at affordable price.

The staff is so friendly and attentive here! Courtney helped me out with my prints and lamination, and he was so patient and helped me get exactly what I wanted out of my custom print. It came out great!!

The salesman Ross was extremely helpful and kind when I purchased my office chair. He explained everything and even went out of his way to carry my chair to the car. Excellent service! Ross went above and beyond.

Ordered online and picked up item in store. Once I received my email that item was ready for pickup, I went to store. Lines around the store with school shoppers waiting to check out. Took me less than 3 minutes for Bob to find package, have me sign for it and leave. I would definitely recommend this option to all!

Went to this store today and was helped by Irwin. I witnessed a miserable woman verbally abuse him. Irwin didn't sweat it and handled the customer with great care. He was courteous and polite with me as well. Give this patient man a raise!!!!

Prior to having a Cannon printer that I had to exchange 3 times over a period of years for poor performance... I decided I wanted a change. To my surprise, the Hp OfficeJet Pro 8025 is made right here in the good old USA. It was the last box and so far so good...

great service and great prices

This is a good store, the personnel was very helpful. Experience there was great. Only bad thing was they have a sale of a one cup coffee maker, but the item was not on shelves. Did not buy it.

atmosphere at this staples store is awesome. i was greated and helped by 3 wonderful enployees. u believe two was manager and the other regular employee but they helped me find what i needed and even show additional items that were similiar. Thanks for the courtesy.

Great Staples, best one around especially compared to the one in lynbrook. Has mostly everything, but is sometimes packed around the start of school, as it usually is.
