I been costumer of P.C. Richard’s and Son for many years. Since my first purchase I been dealing only with Frank Paulino. I mean we bought 3 Samsung TVs , washer and dryer , dish washer , mattress, and more… Just lately new refrigerator. Frank always went out his way to match the price , make sure to get delivery date we needed , and always there when you need anything . Could not ask for better costumer service ! Will continue buying from P.C. Richard’s and Son just because of Frank. Thank you !

I didn’t really shop at P.C. because I found the employees to be a bit rude or overbearing and my inquiries would usually go unanswered. However I tried it once more and ran into Frank who answered all my questions helped me get what I needed and more. He was patient, knowledgeable and very personable and now any time I need anything that I could find at P.C. Frank is who I run to.

Frank and his team keep me coming back to buy more as the customer service is outstanding and knowledgeable. You know it's bad(meaning good) when the employees start using your first name to say hello...lol. Always great and pleasurable service!
