Always clean, customer service is great prices are reasonable

Great location for Nike gear/clothing, sneakers, and accessories. Occasionally has promotional sales that are generally cheaper than Nike's website/app and other stores. Promotional sales usually occur from Friday thru Monday, but can vary depending on the holiday, random offers, etc. Sometimes you can get lucky and find some hidden gems that are out of stock elsewhere and it's usually cheaper here. Parking lot can be very congested at times, with several other operating businesses sharing it in that Sands Shopping Center. Friendly and helpful staff/employees. Checkout lines can be long at times (especially during promotional sales), but does move along quickly with several cashiers available.

My friend comes here often, and she brought me here for the first time. I was very impressed w the helpful staff and the many kinds of sneakers.
Many other kinds of socks and sports clothes and sports equipment.

Staff is always nice and respectful. Great place to find good deals on sneaker for the kids.

Great deals, very helpful staff and a decent selection of Nike products. If you're not a Nike member already, you can get further discounts with a new membership on your purchase, the staff will walk you through the process, def worth it.

Wonderful experience, the staff and management is very helpful. I was looking at prior reviews and saw a guy named Jordy Vargas post some really insulting things. I feel bad for that guy he seems like he has serious problems and wants special treatment. The staff and management couldn't of been more helpful.

This store has the best customer service I've seen compared to its competitors. I did not know how to use the nike app and had some trouble trying to make my purchase inside the store, however there is one certain worker that helped me getting through the situation named Orlando , He helped me trying to connect with the nike
app on to my phone and it owed

The store is nicely stocked, very clean and accessible. The security guard or whoever he is that is by the door letting everyone in is not the nicest person (maybe he was having a bad day who knows) anyway, the store does not have the greatest selection. For example they do not have Shox or Air Max. The cashiers are very friendly, customer service service was excellent. I made a purchase online and returned it with ease.

Absolutely amazing experience.
Was helped by an associate at counter on my inquiry for running shoes. He made sure i get helped and taken care of. He provided me with like 5 different shoes with my size and i was able to select 2 of em in the end.
Really appreciate the professionalism provided by this Nike associate. Respect!

I have been to many shoe & sneaker stores, boutiques & outlets...but the other day I had the best customer service in a long time at the Nike outlet in Oceanside, NY! People should practice being nice ... it’s free!
Ryan, the store manager, at the time I was there, really knows customer care and service! He was courteous and polite. He exchanged my damage shoes without a problem even though I had no receipt and had purchased the shoes some weeks ago! He had another associate, Ed, also super nice , help me find another pair of sneakers to somewhat match the price on my exchange; and kept checking on me to see if I was finding everything ok!!! Marcus, another nice , store associate rang me up , assisted by Ed!
You guys made it easy and a pleasure to walk into your store! Keep up the great job and continue to be genuine...being nice from the inside!! Thanks again , Ryan!!
