This is a great location and the best kept secret around. I've been going to the Blue Diamond location and there is always a long wait.
No waiting here! I stopped by here to get a switch the number on a new phone and was helped by Nathan. He was very professional and friendly. He took care of me in record time. Convenient location and fast service!

I was in town for a tradeshow and needed a hotspot! Marcel gave me my options quickly and with excellent customer service. In less than an hour I had my hotspot and was able to get back to business! Thank you Marcel!

I cannot explain how much gratitude I have for Keaira, who helped my family and I, on New Year’s Eve! We planned for a simple port but she went above and beyond with her service. Keaira helped us through the difficult process. Zan, is an outstanding associate. He is the best I have encountered in over five years. He is knowledgeable in every area, and the couple things he couldn’t answer, he knew just where to get the answer, but now he knows! It was such a privilege to have been helped by him. I am so excited with him as a customer service representative. And beyond that he is polite and extremely patient. He is worth the time spent to get my service working properly. Time is so valuable and I value my time which I can not get back, but this was worth my time!!!

Today was very special for me coming at Att we recieved the Most wonderful Attention From the General Mánager Karo, she provided the best service she was very patient with me and my Wife. Karo took her time to explain every detail about our service and explained how to use my new iphone. I will recommend Karo to all my family members and Will be back to ger our watches from her. Came and was well taken care of. Between Kiki and Walter I had the best service experience came in thought I was just going to get one phone case was told about a case deal that I can get for myself and my daughter and a screen protector not my phone activated before I left the store and a SIM card replacement fast easy excellent service will always come back suggest you do the same

Tatiana who works at the 7815 S. Rainbow Blvd store provided exceptional customer service on September 2, 2022 around 10am. She was the most knowledgeable, efficient, and kindest representative I have ever had the pleasure of being with. I felt valued because she was able to answer all my questions regarding promotions, billing, and services accurately without hesitation. In my honest opinion, the best customer service of the year award should go to Titiana.

Tatiana deserves a raise for how she ran the store independently during busy hours. I was very impressed by the way she can multitask while there were four customers waiting for assistance; she greeted every customer who walked in, answered the phone correctly, and updated my account. I felt bad she had to work alone and was hoping she was compensated for her level of experience. A promotion or a raise should be given to Titiana immediately because she has all the qualities of an excellent employee.

Fernando is amazing. We ran into a snag during the process that was out of our control. He was kind, and patient and gave us his card with his personal cell for us to contact him with any questions as well as a direct number to assist with said issue. A week later after the issue was finally resolved, we texted him and he was just as kind as day one. He patiently set us up with another new service with two more products. Unfortunately, there was another snag with moving the phone number, even though it was confirmed in the office that it was successful. We reached out to him and, even though we had been gone from the store for a few hours, he responded right away and assisted with the additional issue. Within a few minutes he responded back they we were all set and to let him know if he can help us with anything else. This man is great! So knowledgeable, so patient and so kind. I’ve been with sprint since 1996 and I couldn’t be happier to switch my service to AT&T, especially with people like Fernando as company representatives. Thank you, Fernando. Thank you!

Zan is amazing! I have been to Att three times prior to this visit without any explanation as to why my discounts had not been applied. This representative went above and beyond to get things correct, applying my first responder discounts, getting my watch and making sure everything was completed before we left the store. If you have a problem and are in Vegas, come to the rainbow store. Thanks so much Zan🥰

My fiancé is very terrible at these kind of things so I’m leaving this for him : he waited at a different location and was treated TERRIBLY. He was driving to a Verizon store when he seen an AT&T store and decided to give it one more go. He was greeted by a nice young lady named Dom and she turned his entire perception towards this company around! She informed him off all our options and was extremely patient(I told you he was terrible at these kind of things). When the store was a little busy while his phone was transferring, she didn’t forget about him & still checked on my family and even turned the NBA game on for our son!(she even kept pressing a button on the remote whenever it went off to turn it back on, i guess that’s a big deal and I couldn’t leave that out?) Thanks Dom for turning a sour apple into a happy one, you’re amazing.

Gilbert was awesome! Handled upgrading a phone and setting up a new phone and answered a few account questions . He was able to get it all done and have us on our way in a timely fashion. Love this location!
