Appointment time was set for when they all went to lunch. Took awhile to unload and you have to unhook from trailer, while process too way longer than it should of.

They are so unprofessional. I got here 9am but she said you have the appointment at 2pm so we can’t load you now so you have to wait . She behaved like they only work on appointment. So I waited for 2pm then I put my trailer on dock at 2pm but they didn’t until 4pm when I went to the office she said you have to wait or cancel the load after wasted my whole day here.I don’t know why they behave to bad to drivers they should to learn manners. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I wish the owner should have new staff with manners

Delivery Appt 7:00 AM - Out 2:15 PM - Receiver has no respect for Appts. kept receiving and unloading other trucks that came after me. Terrible Experience too!

Bad place to pick up. Hope a supervisor take a look of this situation. Lady working in front desk very rude. Almost 6 hours to get loaded. All she keep saying to me if you dont want to wait just go. Drivers avoid this place
