Right now this walgreens is my favorite.. the pharmacy staff are always very pleasant and great to deal with. I like working with them.. the pharmacist always seems to remember who I am and is really sweet.. I don't see her often but when I do.. things always go well.

Update: in n getting more and more frustrated with this pharmacy.. their customer service is poor and the pharmacy techs have been treating me poorly much more lately for idk whatever reason. They have been making me feel like a criminal and are constantly are making me look like I'm the one at fault for everything. I got new insurance and brought the card in and all and witnessed the girls putting in the info and for some reason I can't get my med refilled and I'm being told it's my fault and that they won't do anything about it. I used to get really good service and I used to get treated better but now I don't.

This pharmacy is the biggest joke ever we just moved and tried to get a prescription through here, first off the head pharmacist that was here this night told her she doesn’t wanna get in between our old place and here which it’s like isn’t that your job? we just want a prescription? And now I’m sitting in the drive-through and they’ve got this girl waiting forever! I probably only should give a one star

If you are considering getting a covid vaccine here, think again! Between the family members I reside with, and all our vax combined, this is the sloooowest 🐢🐢🐢🐢 process we have been through. AND it not like anyone is here - one person in front of us. Additionally, they wanted me to leave the form my mom filled out on the counter for anyone who may walk up to see. So much for HIPPA!

So many poor experiences here. Appointments canceled, no communication with customers, auto transfers to corporate office…. Terrible. Really poor phone response and overall bad customer service.

Can never find anything here. Not sure how the GM even has a job. EVERYTHING is always out of stock. Its not a manufacture or shipping issue - all other locations are perfectly stocked. Its an ordering issue.
On top of waiting weeks on end for prescriptions to be filled here , always out of stock on those too. Not sure how they function or make sales at this point.

I've never had a problem with the employees at this location. They are wonderful. That being said the hours for the pharmacy and being able to get prescriptions is terrible, especially if you work a Monday 9-5. Also their hours on Google said that the business updated their hours to 8A-10P M-F, but that's not true. I get calls letting me know my prescription is ready to pick up when they are closed. I may just be splitting hairs and I know they are understaffed. If you have a prescription that is needed immediately and you can't wait 2-3 days, I highly recommend avoiding this Walgreens and the one on Alameda and Wads too.

Walked around for a while trying to find what I was looking for. Saw 4 or 5 employees, not one even acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help finding something. Went to check out, needed something from behind the counter. I said clearly what I needed, and the lady didn't speak enough English to understand me and started pointing at stuff one by one saying "This? This? This? This?" Then was pressuring me into opening a Walgreens credit card despite me saying no twice.

Worst pharmacy ever! I’ll get notifications that my order is ready for pick up when that is NOT true. Always have a problem here with getting my prescription. Drive thru is never open making it very inconvenient. Closed whenever they feel like it. Total waste of time and pharmacists are incredibly rude.

A loved one, who is home bound, sent a refill on a prescription 6 days early. This is a medication that must be taken daily or it means an emergency room visit. He received a message saying that an approval was needed. He tried to call from Wednesday to Friday (the day it was due) and waited on hold for over three hours total. They never answered. There was no approval required. I called the doctor who tried to call the pharmacy with the same result of being put on eternal hold. When I personally went there I was met with nothing but smug indifference. They explained that they only had one pharmacy aide so they weren't answering the phone. They would do nothing about the approval because that was what their insurance department said. Their reaction to him probably ending up in emergency was a blank stare.

In addition, I had a simple prescription take over 2 weeks to fill because they failed to order it twice. Their drive through has been closed for weeks so that anyone who is ill or contagious must come inside to pick up a prescription.

NEVER USE WALGREENS PHARMACY!

I've waited for over a month for a refill on one prescription and my others that are in stock have been in process for over two weeks. Called multiple times and waited on hold only for the system to time out and hangup on me. I finally spoke with somebody who was friendly, but they basically said find a different pharmacy. The website or automated call system isn't helpful with providing information on delays or process times.

Called the pharmacy and waited on hold for 30 minutes. When 7 o'clock rolled around the pharmacy closed and they never bothered answering my call. This was after I tried to call earlier in the day and got no response after waiting for almost an hour. Impossible to speak to anyone.

They are now making people use the drive through and refusing to assist people in the store. If anything is closed it should be the drive through. If there is actually a “staffing issue” then Walgreens needs to hire more people and pay them better in order to keep them.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Drive to any other location, don’t bother with this one. You’ll never get a call back and you’ll be waiting in the drivethru (which isn’t nearly long enough, you end up blocking traffic) for a very long time. This location just needs to close or be under new management. Just terrible!

Pharmacy is a joke! What an unorganized mess of a place! The store itself is not terrible, but they need to just shut the pharmacy down completely and I mean ASAP! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER get your prescriptions sent here! You WILL regret it!

I suggest taking your business elsewhere. This pharmacy used to be fine (especially compared to how HILARIOUSLY incompetent the Alameda pharmacy is), but the past few months it has been an absolute nightmare trying to work with them. In the past week, I've called maybe 10 times--I've chosen to sit on hold and wait 4 of those times, and every single time, I've eventually been disconnected from the call after waiting for over an hour. So, today I take time off work and go in to the store to see if someone can answer my question, and there are FIVE people behind the pharmacy counter. If Walgreens hopes to retain its customer base, it's going to need to make some changes. AND a good start would be removing that garbage "We're sorry to keep you waiting, a member of our staff will be with you shortly" message that plays EVERY TWENTY SECONDS when you're on hold.
