We went to pick up my moms new cpap machine today. Chris D. was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with answering all our questions. We felt like V.I.P. Customers. I recommend going to Binsons for all your medical equipment needs. We have been going to them for years and always feel that our health is always important!

Chris D. is great! He helped me (twice) to find the best cpap mask for me. I came in very nervous about starting this process, but his kindness and knowledge about the different options really helped to ease my anxiety. Ask for him if you’re feeling uneasy.

My appt for my cpap wasn’t until Nov 3rd. I was having a rough few days breathing as I have a collapsed airway so decided to just go to the Binsons location in Livonia on Farmington Road. Spoke with Chris D and he was able to squeeze me in. He was very professional and thorough with the cpap education and made sure that I understood how to use and clean it before I left. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

The people were very helpful and friendly from the moment I called for information on supplies I needed and then when I went to the livonia store. Basems was of great help setting me up with supplies and how they worked. Definitely would recommend them.
