Piche's Ski Shop

I had a great experience buying new alpine ski boots from them last season. After my first few days this season, it was clear that the boots were breaking-in where I was losing control around the front. I went back and they spent around ~60 (free) minutes testing me through different ways to take out volume.

Similar experiences a few other times. Great shop.

My girlfriend and I have bought all of our XC and downhill gear from them.

I have bought lots of Ski gear over the years at Piche's. Always good to work with. Went in this time to look for ski boots for my wife's problem feet. Very helpful and came away having bought 2 pairs and confident they will fix the problem with there knowledge and skill.

I relied on my e-bike for my transportation, I didn’t buy it at Piches . I needed basic service was turned away from all other local bicycle shops, except Piches. Service amazing, they fixed my bike for me on the spot . All there techs went above and beyond to help service my bike. Stopped in to purchase snow pants for my younger son and ended up coming back later in the day to get him and entire snowboard set up. They had an awesome package deal, quality equipment and a large selection. Bear assisted us through the entire process. He was so patient with our toddler and very informative. We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing and all of the staff were very welcoming despite the fact.
It was also nice to see people’s faces, expressions, smiles and all of the subtleties that come with seeing someone’s face.
So happy we found this shop, we will come here for all of are future purchases.

Amazing staff, super friendly. Came in looking for snowboarding boots, and was helped out with no distractions. The store was about to close, and the staff wasn’t even concerned, just was very helpful with the entire process and made sure we were happy with our purchase! Definitely going to be our one and done shop!!

Great place to go for anything skiing! We went for ski boots for my 16 year old son. The selection was great and the best part is there's no pressure. All the boots are right there to try on. It's not like other places that have 1 boot of each brand and style and then they have to go get your size. Help was available if needed and they were very knowledgeable. I'd rather drive a little farther for this kind of experience buying anything!
I definitely recommend you check out this place if you haven't! You'll definitely go back!

The staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. They have worked on my road bike a few times. Very pleasant staff and patient in explaining to me anything they felt needed fixing, tuning etc.
Also bought clothing for skiing with great sale prices and snow shoes. Great store!! Highly recommend it!!

Always a great selection with a friendly and helpful staff. I've been shopping at Piche's for ski gear for years now. From the first pair of skis I bought back in 2010 to the new Spyder ski jacket purchased just last weekend, I have always had a good experience.

Absolutely incredible service. I showed up an hour and a half after the ski and skate swap at Pat’s Peak ended (whoops) and they still found a way to let me purchase skis and poles for myself and my nephew, who was so excited about getting skis. Not only did they bend over backwards to ensure that we were able to purchase our equipment despite me being super late and not having any cash, but they gave us a great deal and we’re incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. I would highly recommend them for any ski/sports equipment you need! Thank you guys!

Just got my new skis today, and boots earlier this year. Had to stop at Gunstock to try them out on the way home. They were just perfect! I am so thrilled! Thanks so much to Pat for taking the time to outfit me with just the right equipment. From boot fitting to ski selection, Pat is extremely knowledgeable and patient. We have been getting the whole family ski equipment at Piche's for 15 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my bike in for a tune up. My girlfriend decided to buy her first full suspension bike. Dana was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a hundred questions and he was patient and glad to help. Will definitely be back for all of our bike needs!

I was on vacation and had an issue with my newer mountain bike which was not purchased at Piche's. I expected to be told that I would have to leave the bike but to my surprise a bike tech immediately took a look at it. With in minutes he adjusted my index shifters and the problem was solved. There is absolutely no substitute for good customer service. I would highly recommend this shop. By the way they have very fair prices for the quality products they carry. Kudo's to the entire staff.

I'm new to snowboarding, and my feet were going numb all last season. In an effort to be proactive for this upcoming season, i brought my boots with me today to see if I could get some expert help, and Pat was amazing. Lots of information freely given, and he was methodical in diagnosing my issue. He even went out of his way to make sure i got a great deal. Customer for life right here! (:

Just stopped by with a snowboard and boots a friend had given my son's girlfriend. We were expecting to drop off the board and to pay someone to the adjust the bindings for her. A wonderful young man came around the desk and advised us in how to adjust the bindings ourselves. No need to spend any money and free gear advice! We will continue to be loyal customers.
