I have recently become obsessed with crafting! Although I’m not sure what I’m going to craft yet currently just trying to set up my craft room with all the goodies I could possibly need, I have worked under 2 miles from this location for almost 3 years and I no idea it was there until a coworker mentioned it the other day. I have been for the most part shopping at Joann or Hobby Lobby and when I say that I mean multiple locations I go wherever I need too, usually to pickup an order so it depends what location has it! I have now visited this location 3 times within the past 2 weeks. The store from the time you walk-in is spotless, organized (even the clearance) and each time I have been greeted in some form or another during my usual quick visit! I always know ahead of time what I’m getting, what coupons I have and the best deal to maximize my money. There have been 2 different cashiers each did an amazing job. One even went over and beyond to help take items to my car even though I told her I did not need assistance because normally I have my Golden Retriever with me and let’s just say he LOVES everyone a little too much 🤎🐕 but the constant I have seen in all visits was the Store Manager at each visit offering assistance, checking on his team and merchandising along the way! This man even tried to sell me their Credit Card which I had already discussed with the cashier and was considering it! You can tell he truly knows what he is doing, enjoys his job and cares for his team! I will continue to shop at this location when I’m feeling crafty, the selection is large and the presentation is SPECTACULAR just take a look at my current obsession in the photo below! We’ll call it “Glitter”

My favorite place on earth!!! Everyone here is beyond helpful and always positive. No one here knows a stranger and they are all ready to help any time. The manager is awesome and I just cannot speak highly enough for this store!

Excellent location! Really well-run and excellent leadership from the manager -- it is clearly evident. The staff are friendly and always helpful. They have sooooo much stuff here! Highly recommended

I love shopping at Michaels for crafts, baking and decorating. I love the variety of supplies and unique gift ideas as well.

I actually live in Wadsworth so this is the closest store now to me the closest Michaels. It's a really cute store It's a little bit smaller it seems like then other stores but they do have pretty much everything it's just kind of like a smaller amount is all. It's brand new so it's very clean and seems very well taken care of. The shelter stopped and they offer a variety a plethora if you will of craft supplies and accessories. I do really like thos store. They have the automatic scanner You know that you scan yourself out the self checkout I'm sorry that's what it's called and that's a little irritating to me but they're very happy to help you if you have any questions so that's not a problem it's just for somebody who's not electronically inclined I should say I hate using those things so that's my only complaint but otherwise it's a great store :)

Anna in custom framing was beyond amazing! She really took her time with me and was very patient and sweet. The store is well stocked, clean, and very welcoming. I am always greeted and always leave happy! Thanks again for all your help Anna!

Every time I come in, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I don't where they are getting these gems, but they are there. Mark the manager is amazing. So proactive and helpful with my framing, and he remembered me when I came in weeks later. Great customer service.

I just want to give a SHOUT OUT FOR Anna back in the Custom Framing Dept. ( Wadsworth Michael's) The young Lady was so helpful and gave me great ideas on 2 pictures I needed framed. She helped me pick out a couple if pre made frames and she took the time to dust the glass so the drawings looked great when she put them back together. And she was very kind and courteous during the whole transaction. Well Done Anna! Well Done!

Years ago I was a manager at a brand new Michael’s. Newly opening stores or restaurants, even , always have glitches. It is good for the manager to know employees are “ just standing around “ not doing their jobs.
I used “ order on line for home delivery “ . There was indeed a couple of glitches. The store manager and the district manager both were fantastic. And went above and beond to resolve the issue. Give them a chance to settle in and improve customer service.

I'm so happy to have a Michael's so close to me now. Nice and clean. And this they have self check out, there's always a cashier around if that's what you prefer.

Every time I shop here, the customer service is always fantastic. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Great products and I always enjoy taking advantage of the sales.

Love me se Artsy stores, found the diamond painting I wanted but I just wish they had a bigger selection. Otherwise highly recommended

Typical Michaels store with tons of art supplies. Clean and well lit. The customer pick up for online orders is fast and easy right inside the front door.

Sales associates were helpful and attentive to my needs. Also offered online coupon which I otherwise would not have known about.
