Pam was especially friendly and helpful at the checkout. In addition to being efficient in her work, she offered advice and suggestions about items that were purchased and promotions that the store was offering.

I shopped the Men’s department. It has NEVER looked better. I was acknowledged and helped by a great, mature associate. The entire store looked fantastic too. Cashier was efficient and friendly.

Found everything I needed this close to Christmas!! The checkout lines were fast moving and Ginger (at register) made the process quick and enjoyable. You could tell that she really enjoys her job. Wish more people were like her.

I enjoy shopping a Kohls because they always have a nice selection and at reasonable prices. The store is clean and orderly with nice displays and the service is always friendly.

I haven’t been to this particular Kohl’s store in Wadsworth but I have to say the trip out there was worth it. I had a funeral to go to and I needed a blue dress shirt and a pair of black slacks, I had no problem finding what I needed, in fact it only took about 15 mins to find it, the clothes I found were perfect, exactly what I wanted. I looked around the store to see what all they had, I was impressed, they have tons of Nike products and clothes, the shoe department is amazing, all the way around the store is great. Upon checking out at the register I was thrilled, I was given $20 in Kohl’s cash, a coupon I can use next week on anything in the store, you can bet on that I’ll be out there next weekend to get myself a pair of their sweet shoes, probably Nike. Check them out, their a little pricey but everything they have is pure quality.

The man at the return desk was pleasant, helpful and jovial. Made a return very pleasant.

A lady working in bedding was kind enough to go upstairs to find us a mattress pad when there wasn’t a queen size on the shelf. She was so kind, offered her help without our asking. Great price too!
