TOPS Friendly Markets

Another great tops where they have everything and polite employees.
I shop there a lot with my family.
Only gripe is the shopping carts are sometimes all over the parking lot.

The store is newly remodeled and looks great!!! The staff is very friendly and very helpful, especially if you can't find something because it is rearranged. It looks so fresh...... Thanks to everyone who made it possible 😊

I love this store the people that work there are fantastic, friendly professional helpful i spend on average 350 to 400 dollars a week at that store and have never been disapointed from the bakery dept, produce dept ,cashiers, deli,frozen food and stocking dept the staff will go above and beyond to satisfy you I hope the corp office and store mangers appreciate them

Easy parking and a smaller store that's easy to get around.

Awesome always get help I need no matter what I'm looking for,one time was upset no cashier don't like self cashiers just me, some times have mine and Moms so makes easier when casher other than that very nice and tops workers are very freindly pardon the pun but true

On May 8th I spoke with an assistant manager,Brett Vogel,to find out if they had an item in stock that is on sale.Most of the stores run out of Pepsi Max when they have the sale,buy 2 get3 free sale,so I called to make sure they had enough in stock so I would be able to get the amount I wanted when I was able to get to the store.After I told Brett all of this he told me he was going to go and find the 15 I wanted and set them aside, he say"I'll call you back when I'm done' OK.In a few minutes he called me back to tell me that he found 15 6 packs and the 15 he found were the last of the Pepsi Max 6packs in the store.He really went out of his way for me so I thanked him and told him I couldn't thank him enough and how much I appreciated what he had done. He said,"I love my customers and I' ll do what they ask or need if I it will help them",and then Brett really shocked me,he asked me if I wanted him to drop them off at my house.I didn't know what to say,I don't think I realized what he was asking me,I replied" What do you mean?"he asked me again"Do you want me to drop them off?".I can't drive due to a disability so I said "Will you?",he said"Yes".
His shift was almost over so he told me that he would be here in 20 to 30 mins he also said "If that's not too late?"I told him that 20 to30 mins was fine.We hung up and he was here in 30 mins.He came to the door and we introduced ourselves, opened the doors and Brett carried 15 6 packs inside, up to the 2nd floor, into my apt and then he put them away.Once again I was in shock but I had to take care of paying him back.I was writing him a check when he gave me the receipt, he told me to write the check for the amount on the receipt and not for anymore than that.I asked him why Couldn't tip him and he said"I do things for my customers because I love my customers and I do what I can do and what they ask or need me to do for them."
Brett Vogel is a very giving man and only wants to make his customers happy and he seems to do what everything he can to achieve this. Thank You Brett,You really know how to keep this customer happy! Thank you again, Kim King

Store looks GREAT!!! The best Tops that I have been in. Add in the GREAT people and you cannot go wrong.

Long aisles with a wide variety of things. It's hit and miss with the cashiers here some are friendly others are not they are a decent store for a small town

I am always happy when I'm shopping at Tops a great store no matter what location are you at.

Glad to have a tops in Warsaw. In the absence of a super Walmart, the store is exactly what we need.

Not as good as a selection as the ones closer to the city, but the employees are all friendly and helpful!
