Good place to stop

Very rude cashier. Guy with beard, dark long hair trew at me product.
I have been living in Palos Park for 25 years and buying
fuel for my 4 cars all the time there.
That's how I deserve to be treated?.
I hope this dude gets some consequences for his behavior.
This happened today 11/30/23 after 7 pm.I will never come back there.

Don’t buy scratch lottery tickets here!!!! Bought one that was a small win, went to another store to cash and they gave me a ticket that said the BOOK was not activated. So I went back to this Shell station, and got the manager from hell! She did something because she handed the ticket back to me and said it was activated. I then said CASH it for me which I got another nasty look. Even the staff behind the counter shook their heads! This store was always good as a Speedway. I Will NEVER buy anything from this store again!

These employees are extremely rude. 2 different women within a week act obnoxious for no reason. They give you unwarranted attitude and are miserable humans. I’ve officially stopped spending my money there.

Tuesday 5/24/22 very bad experience here . Cashier was very rude to me as If I was trying to steal something. CREAM for coffee TO BE EXACT. Those little creamers.She acted very racist. This was the worst experience ever.

I had worse experience here .
Evening shift employee was rude and dint even answered properly.

The older gentleman in the gas station when paying with singles said I should have taken my business elsewhere. Sure as hell will in the future. I told him money is money.

Very rude cashier, this lady still works there!?Shell needs to get rid of her already, she’s awful. Yelling at a 12 year old, in front of manager… cops even got involved. Shame on you Shell.
