I stopped into UPS Store 5246 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa this morning to return a couple Amazon purchases from the holiday. First, I stopped in at 8:20 AM. The store opens at 8:30. It was already open and Michelle was behind the counter rocking & rolling the customers that were showing up early. I had questions about how to do my returns & Michelle knew exactly what I needed and took my returns and got them processed ASAP. I have never experienced better customer service. I worked as a manager in a shipping and receiving department at a printing company for 10 years. I encountered many snafu's and sometimes irritated people processing my orders. Not today. Michelle's attitude and work ethic is the best advertisement there is for UPS Great job Michelle!!!

I have been printing multiple Items at this location for my wedding, and have had nothing but good experiences, everything has been very reasonably priced, quickly printed, and most recently I printed some sheets that were black and white- 2 sided- but were upside down. I didn't notice till I got them home since I usually just run in quick to grab them, Sent an e-mail over to the store to see if they could be corrected or if I needed to re-order online, they re-printed the new ones and were done and ready to be picked up within about an hour of my first e-mail! Great service!

I was struggling to get my two little kids organized so we could come in the store when the man working at the store, Andrew, so graciously came outside to get my package from me and told me not to worry about coming in. He even went to get my receipt and brought it out to me while I loaded my kids back in. It was seriously a lifesaver and so appreciated. I could have gotten everyone inside, but his kindness sure made things easier. He even said next time to just honk and he'd come out to help sooner. Great customer service. Thank you Andrew!!

Came to get a few pages printed out from my USB stick and I received awesome service.

This store has always been quick, clean, and courteous. Now that my husband is overseas for the military and I am shipping him packages regularly the staff here has gone above and beyond! I am so grateful for their support! I would recommend them to anyone.
