Great customer service at the lakeshore, Alabaster and Palisades locations.
Online inventory didn’t match the store I inventory but the salesman at the Lakeshore location helped me find a good alternative

The cashier had a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for me and it was very much appreciated and made me feel confident in my purchase.

The timely manner in receiving my order was excellent, however I had to return them because they were too big. I returned them back to the store on Lakeshore in Homewood, AL. That experience i must say was awful!!. I walked in and Christy, was on the phone and did not even acknowledge me standing at the desk. She was very rude, dont think I will EVER go to that store again because of her!

Great experience with pickup and returns. This location has the best selection and great prices when trying to get shoes and clothes for three children. This is my go-to for Nike!

Love this store for shoes. Good selection of NB and Nike and Timberland. They have reasonable prices. Friendly staff. 👍
