AT&T Store

Reona was incredibly helpful at this location! I went to get a new phone and she shared details about my options and even showed me her phone which influenced me to get the IPhone 15 Pro Max! I was devastated about having to get a new number but she was more than understanding and eased my concerns. She actively listened to me and was very responsive. I would recommend her service if you need to go to this location.

I was able to get a new phone for a great price. Josh, the manager and store associate Xavier, were very kind, attentive, and patient with me since I was indecisive. My experience was pleasant. I will return in the future.

Xavier Simmons has restored my faith in the good customer service experience. From the time I walked in the store, to him escorting me out (on more than one occasion), there was no doubt I was in good hands. He made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed being that I am of the senior citizen classification and am skeptical when it comes to technology and upgrading devices. Mr. Simmons is very knowledgeable about the products, was extremely helpful in his recommendations and just an awesome representative of your company. He made my experience a very easy one! Thx X!

In the store today Xxavier Simmons went beyond the call I recently encountered an issue with my Bill provided by AT&T in home experts, and I must commend XXavier Simmons for his outstanding assistance. Kt has been very helpful. She has not rolled her eyes or screwed up her face because I don't know common things about my phone. I hate my phone. She is someone I would try to keep because of her customer service attitude.

I walked into the at&t store and was greeted immediately. KT (young female with bun in hair) walked over and offered assistance. She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she thoroughly enjoyed her job. There was not one question that went unanswered and not once did I feel I was inconveniecing her. She saw that my bill was overdue and offered to help me make the payment in the store with her which I did. She was very pleasant. It's sad that I have to emphasize how pleasant and welcoming she was because you don't get this level of customer service anymore... especially from younger adults.. I'd have to say by far the best customer service I've experienced all year from various establishments.

Terry Scruggs, is amazing! Amazing! I was so frustrated, and could not set up my phone! He went out of his way to help me. Amazing patience, and customer service! Watched him with other customers. He was personable, and even walked several older folks to the door! A wonderful experience! Walked in frustrated, left happy, and phone fixed!

So I finally got a Big Girl phone and left my prepaid Boost service in the dust, where it belongs, because Boost is garbage.
Naylyn was my customer service person and she was very helpful, informative and talked with me a while, answering all my questions and giving me several options for my new phone and service. I am very excited about my new phone and service and Naylyn made the transition very stress-free and thanks to Apple and the Cloud, setting up my new phone was simple!

We came to the store needing new phones fully expecting a frustrating ordeal. We had avoided this for 3 years because of our terrible experience concerning service and problems with bills for over a year previously with an AT&T authorized retailer. I researched to make sure we were visiting a company store prior to our visit. This store is awesome!!! Xavier made our experience outstanding and painless!! Xavier and the manager, Courtney helped us get new phones for myself, my husband, and 3 of our grown children with multiple visits. They also helped to resolve prior issues with our accounts being combined to one bill and took care that our bill would be correct. Courtney is an outstanding manager! She not only was terrific with us but I watched her professionalism and patience with multiple customers (even when I saw how difficult and rude customers can be). AT&T is so fortunate to have such high caliber employees! Thanks again to Courtney and Xavier for the fabulous service we received!!!!

I just want to give props to a brother at this location named "Daz", I believe he said his name was. He's the brother with the shaved head and beard. He greeted me once I walked in. I was interested in swapping my plan to a unlimited data/text/call plan. Daz explained everything to me in great detail, which helped solidify my decision in swapping. He also helped me revert my AT&T account back to the regular user interface, because I had trouble with my account being combined with Direct TV (which I unsubscribed from years ago). Daz was the greatest help I've ever received!

Amber M. took care of me and my husband as his 4G phone crashed after getting a software update. We were able to get 5G cellphones and an appropriate cellphone plan that fit our budget that same day. Amber really took care of us and we were lucky to have her expertise! Thank you again Amber!

Shannon, is the sweetest she was extremely patient with me and my experience the entire staff was helpful in expediting my service! I will drive all the way across town for this store and experience again.

I don't recommend ANYONE to AT&T cellphone service. Make sure you investigate what the salesman tell you before signing anything.
