First off, I felt that this place should be nothing but a pleasure for me to deal with due to the fact I was constantly putting myself in danger passing by their intersection all the time with the awesome inventory of vehicles. I was literally breaking my neck for months at the awesome rides they have! I finally stopped to inquire on a truck i liked. I could not be happier with my decision. Best vehicle purchasing I have ever had. Hollis and Collin are top notch gentlemen, and professionals. They were not only very generous, above fair, and no B.S. games, they were extremely easy to deal with, and from very beginning helpful and trustworthy. I have dealt with Hollis and his crew throughout multiple buying experiences. His crew and himself have always been very knowledgeable and professional. Very fair when it comes to prices and negotiating and even held a truck for me while I was in Afghanistan. He even upgraded my interior package in my truck to really nice leather. Hollis and Colin at 210 Auto Haus are awesome, they are hands down the best car dealer in New Braunfels. They made this by far the best truck buying experience I've ever had. They made sure that I found the truck that I was looking for and didn't try to push something on me that I didn't want like every other dealership. They had the truck I bought fully inspected and fixed any issues before I ever drove off the lot with it. They go above and beyond to make sure you are more than just a customer to them which shows with how successful they are. I purchased a Mercedes GLK from Hollis and to say I am blown away is a HUGE understatement. It was exceptional, could not have gone any better! This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Hollis and Colin are both awesome guys. I called back months after to get a spare tire and rim ordered for my jeep, and Hollis got me a better price than anywhere else, and had it mounted and balanced when I picked plus installed. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle anywhere else. The vehicles he buys are vehicles you want too drive not just some plain ordinary car.

Wish I could give them more stars. Was referred to this place by a good friend and I wasn’t disappointed. Hollis took care of me like family. All I can say is WOW!! I bought a truck from Hollis and 210 Auto and was blown away by the service he provided. I had never even seen the truck. I live in Houston and he sent two guys to deliver the truck and it looked even better in person. Hollis always answered when I called and texted and his reviews on here were a big selling point for me. A lot of used car dealers don’t have good reviews when you look them up but he does. It’s obvious to me now that I’ve done business with them why they are so successful. Thanks again.

He spent time showing me suspension options for my Tacoma. Colin gave me insightful information that helped me decide on a quality product and at the same time his pricing was competitive.

Let me start by saying, 210 auto haus, and the owner Hollis, exceed professionalism, this is my 4th car buying through a dealer ship my second through a smaller dealership. And I do have to say this probably has been my best experience by far, from the walk through to the finish Hollis will make it happen.
