Customer service was friendly. The employee working the day I stopped in was very helpful. I was on my way from Tiptonville to Union city. I got turned around and went the wrong way. I had no phone service so stopped hoping someone would be able to give me directions. She did and I made it to town safely . Thank You so much.

The store is very clean and organized. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and locations. They are always happy to assist with whatever the customer needs. It's just a great store and one that Hornbeak has needed for years.
