Best Buy

I went in looking for a laptop with decent battery life, plenty of RAM, not too heavy, and available that day. The representative I spoke with gave me a couple of options and then suggested a laptop with lower specs, but cheaper price, and then upgrade the components. I had not even thought about that and was all for it. They kept it in my price range and then were going to install the components for me. Super helpful and honest through the whole ordeal.

When they went to install the RAM, it turns out the manufacturer soldered it to the motherboard and they could not actually perform the upgrade. They notified me, and showed me and asked what I'd like to do. In the process, I reiterated my requirements and the individual helping me located another laptop in the store that met my needs and was available! The best part was it was about $1,000 cheaper. Not as powerful as the original laptop we were putting together, but totally meets my needs.

I am so thankful for the reps at Best Buy and their ability to hear what I was wanting and think outside the box to help me. Great store - I shop here a lot and yesterday was another reason why.

My husband & I went here to buy a washer/dryer set for our new home. We got in around 7:15pm knowing they close at 8 but tried to be as quick as possible! A few employees were helping others so we waited & Nathan came to greet us. He provided great knowledge & helped us pick the best fit for us. Very happy with our purchase & will be back to this store!

Purchased a new Alienware gaming PC a few weeks ago and recently started having some odd issues. It was super easy making an exchange for a replacement. In and out, literally less than 5 minutes.

Great shopping experience. Customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door, and sales representatives showed great hospitality while assisting us with our electronic services.

This place is crammed with all kinds of great gadgets and devices! The staff are knowledgeable and eager to assist in making your choices. And then, there's the Geek Squad!

I’ve had issues in the past finding the right laptop that suits my needs. Cooper was absolutely amazing at helping me find one. He was so knowledgeable as well as honest. With his help I was able to find something perfect for gaming and school. A lot of people in the past have recommended regular laptops but I’m so glad he explained how games run down the processor. This laptop should definitely last me a good few years. He was also very patient as it took some time to decide. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at Best Buy, thank you Cooper!!

I've mostly had a positive experience at Best Buy. This experience however surpasses all other visits there. Jack in the TV department provided me outstanding service. He listened carefully to my situation and concerns. (Our DirectTV was just not working for us even after being customers for 30+ years.) So I was looking for a better alternative. He suggested both the positives and negatives of each. He was very thorough. I made my choice based on his recommendation. Very happy with my choice and very pleased with his service.

Excellent customer service in helping me pick out the correct earbuds that would stay in my ear. I bought the LiveFree earbuds from Electronic Express on 2/14. They would not stay in my ear, and they refused me a refund. I would not recommend Electronic Express because of very poor customer service. Best Buy in Brentwood has very nice and professional floor personnel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. All our questions were answered in detail and our purchase was quick and easy.

Good place to find common electronics and appliances. (I am in their membership program )
They also offer good insurance/ extended warranty options for worthy items and, when you do need to return items for defective or incompatibility, they will refund or replace items.
Happy they still have a local store where you can browse and shop.

Haven't been to BB in a while. This store has an updated layout that was nice. It was refeashing to not be approached by a sales associate until we went looking for someone - that was readily available! Way to go, BB!

This was a great experience. The staff there was extremely friendly! They helped with my exchange because somehow, my order online was not right. The gentleman who helped me in the customer service area even saved me money with the exchange. They did have me wait about an hour to finish the exchange up, but I was given the heads up right away. Great job, Best Buy!
