Best experience at best buy. Went in with an idea what I wanted and thanks to a very helpful and knowledgeable worker left with something better. I love tech and research but having a second opinion who knows the ins and out of seeing these items all day helps a lot. Lots of choices and options here with good deals. Warranty could be a little better on their end but better than the items warranty

The service was absolutely great there. We went there to look at lap tops and Carlos is the one who helped us on which lap top was a good one. Thank you Carlos for helping us.

Very friendly sales guy, had a nice conversation. Came there to buy a laptop. And later bought a mouse and a carrying bag. I had hoped they had more action cam stuff though.

I left my Sense 2 battery charger cable in California while traveling for the holidays. I only realized it during my two day car trip back to Las Vegas. With less than 20% charge on my watch, I visited the local Best Buy on the afternoon of Dec 31st.

I searched for the Fitbit section and found the display. There were many battery cable slots, including for mine, but it was sold out.

I contacted a store person so they could check inventory. Indeed, there were none at the store. But, she offered to search and found two other stores that showed one in inventory. She placed the order to the closest store, took my payment, and gave me an idea where the store was located a few miles away.

I drove to the location, found a parking space, and I went in. I took my sales paperwork to the store pickup / checkout area. The young man walked over to the shelf, found my order, and marked it picked up. I drove home and started charging my watch.

I was very happy to be able to continue my step counting and sleep tracking in the New Year.

All in all, I got great service and was able to get what I needed in a timely fashion. Great job by the employees and less stress on me.

I never have problems at this store. Everyone is very friendly. The gentleman working in the computer area on Friday 11/3 was amazing. He helped my husband and I get the specs we wanted on a laptop for photo editing and explained what specs we should look for. He ended up saving us like $500. He also explained their price match guarantee well.

Had a pick up order in limbo via Amazon, Joe and Spencer were very kind and helpful alleviating the situation. I was able to leave that night with the item all thanks to them.

I went in to get a power cord for my TV. The employee in that department was helpful and friendly.

All I can say is that I truly thanks Donovan ,this 1 of the managers at this location, who literally made my day.... I came here to pick up a TV that I was told was ready to pick up and drove 35 min on freeway to get here,and them when I got to the place they told me they did have my tv ready for me,them asked for a manager and gentleman first thing came with an smile that makes you destress at first moment,and them he went back found my tv,but on top of that carried it by himself and put it in my trunk.great job man .I appreciate you.keep being like that

Best Buy in Summerlin is a terrible, horrible store! I received wrong information about Apple Pro Laptop that had water damage (told to throw it away but took it to Apple and they repaired!!). Best Buy on Rainbow is the ONLY store to go to. Superb service!!

Best Buy is the best place, locally to buy electronics, We bought an Apple Watch Series 9. Found it and checked out in under 10 minutes
