Hey Everyone I’ve came to this store and it was around closing time and I personally meet Clay Who explained to me to come back the following Day and Man when I Say I’m Grateful I did Clay is Truly A Blessing and A grate Asset to AT&T
coming in the next Morning Clay Greeted me made me feel welcomed we immediately got straight to business excellent sells pitch fluent in his work.

Offer the Best Bang For My Buck .
Fast but yet very informative.

The environment was very clean very holiday festive 👍🏽 Also I was able to get my wife An Apple Watch ⌚ and more .

With the excellent customer care and service of Clay he truly made my Day.

I’ve had bad experiences with cellular companies from my appearance and Clay showed no discrimination but yet made me feel very welcome and Respected .

I visited AT&T on Arroyo crossing Pkwy and Clay was kind and extremely helpful. I needed help with a phone claim and he made the process really easy. Store seems well managed and clean. Will definitely be coming back.

Great customer service, WALTER IS SUPER HELPFUL!!! Top notch,after a long day in different stores of AT&T finally we were able to find someone to fix our account issues like the order of the iPhone 14 and conect again my phone back ,

I received a phone call saying I could upgrade to a new phone. Was very excited since I've had mine almost 6 years. A few days later I went in..I was out within an hour! 30 of those minutes the phone was transferring, I ran to the store. Clay was awesome! So helpful and wonderful!

This location had super helpful customer service. Janet helped me make a claim for my home tech online because I had a really hard time doing it myself. She helped me with calling in and see what I needed to do to process a claim. She was very helpful and I’m very satisfied with her customer service! Highly recommend for people to come here and get new service or Phones!!!

When I entered the store the representative helped me straight away. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions fully. The service was courteous and pleasant.

I went in for 2 phone upgrades & the staff was awesome & very helpful! We were provided with phone & accessory options w/o hesitation, data was transferred efficiently & carefully from old to new devices & they made sure we left feeling secure with our new purchases.

Walter helped us right when we walked in the door. We had an issue with ordering some phones online and they got cancelled. We called in and Walter said they had phones in stock and so we came in. He greeted us immediately and was able to give us options and we chose what we wanted to get. The process was smooth and it took some time but overall the experience was fantastic. He helped us setup our new phones and showed us how to transfer the data from our phones so we could get all the data into our new phones. He went above and beyond what I thought he would do. We were in and out of the store in about an hour. It was faster than I anticipated it to be. I would recommend this store and Walter to help us again. Super enjoyable and great job.

WOW what a great experience I had with the Manager at this location, Janet. While helping her employees with their issues she still found the time to be Super helpful to me. As a senior with limited tech expertise she explained everything over and over till I understood.
She is a Valuable Manager for AT&T and as a 43 year manager at JCPENNEY I would have loved having her on my team

We had a wonderful Christmas morning and we couldn’t have done it without Walter.
We came in having recently opened 2 new AT&T accounts with a different vendor and just wanted to learn about a seemingly more competitive offer I saw on an article. Walter was neither pushy nor salesy, but knowledgeable and patient. He answered our questions directly and completely. At the end of the day, we switched to the current offer he has available to us. From beginning to end he was there for our questions, transactions and set-up. We felt the excellence in his customer service and professionalism not only toward us but other team members and customers. We highly recommend this location, and especially if Walter can help you!

The Go-To At&T store in Vegas. These guys have gone above and beyond every time I've needed to get a new phone for me or my family. This Is later than I Wanted it to be but I wanted to take my time to think of the right words that will describe the excellent above and beyond service that I received at this location from Clay. He is the manager of this location and run's his store as a well oiled machine.. The store is clean, Bright & full of merchandise. I felt very at home. And it's all bc of the service I received from him. I recommend everyone and anyone go to this location. All bc of Clay. He is the man! He is now my friend. So, thank you.
