Michaels

We went there yesterday. It was busy. A lot of people buying goods. We didn't know of the sale going on. We had a gift card, bonus cash savings, and just when we get to the cashier there's more savings. This place is wonderful to shop, but the savings was a gift back from Michael's. Thank you Michael's for a 2024 generosity that saved us $35. We're grateful. Sometimes we sacrifice to make our wives happy. This was one those days, and you gave back. I’ve loved Michael’s for a long time. It really is my go-to craft store. If I’m looking for a craft item, I could pretty much find everything here.

Last week I was on vacation. I bought some charms that needed necklaces for them. I was at FedEx and I realized that Michael’s was right around the corner. So I asked the guy at FedEx to hold my package for a few minutes so that I could run over to Michael’s and get necklaces for the charms that I bought.

I ran in, and not only finding what I was looking for, but another item that worked well too. So after I found what I needed, I checked out and was back at FedEx in 10 minutes. I always know that I can find exactly what I need at Michael’s.

I tried my hand at making Cake Pops and Puck Cakes. They came out really good so, of course, they’re going on the menu. I didn’t see what I wanted at Walmart but Michaels has them so there ai went and found a good bunch of sprinkles, decorative twistie ties, sticks and bags. I didn’t see the stand, but I’m having it delivered today! Win-win for me! Yaay!

Great place for art supplies, hobby/craft supplies, and home decor items. Courteous and attentive staff also.

I was able to look online and see if they had the item and what aisle number it would be on, how much it, if it was in stock, and which store. All I had to do was run in, grab my item. The line was a bit long but as soon as it got long they got another cashier and I was in and out in less than 6 min. I bought some foam masks to do arts and crafts with for my nephews and associate was so funny and nice. I wish I paid attention to her name but alas I'm sure it is glitter glued and painted with everthing else that day. The basic white mask was only 99 cent and ready to decorate.

Huge craft store, super busy shopping center framing department, helpful staff wheelchair accessible and free parking

Worked here over a decade ago from one September to June, full time. Single mother. Kept to myself. Hard working. On time and no call outs. Had lost my home the year prior and had some health issues (now considered a disability). The store manager was Dale who liked to stock beads. In June, Dale gave away almost all of my hours to returning college kids, without notice or explanation. I found another job quickly but they could only give me one day a week. I ended up living in my car. Thanks Dale. Hope life is kind to you.

Clean store that is almost always well stocked. Great to grab a weekend craft for the kids, decorations for the holiday, or a kid’s birthday gift. I’ve never had any issues here.

Never have I've ever seen yarn this big and on sale. I feel like I hit the lottery. Lol I love going to this store.

So they got more Christmas stuff in late so all for sale 75 percent off. Stuff I've wanted I can buy. Craft kits are 1.50 to 2.00 for kids stuff. Keep them all busy in summer/fall before Christmas. Beautiful decor so cheap so you can buy lots of choices if u want to. Personnel are restocking store with spring goodies throughout. Store looks good. Personnel very pleasant & helpful.

Found everything I needed for home framing project. Employee who assisted with check-out was exceptionally friendly & cared about me saving as much money as possible on my purchase. Impressed!!

I love Michaels . It’s a great craft store with home stuff too. The sales are very good and when there’s not a sale, there’s coupons. This store is really big. I loved walking around, the clearance items were easily seen and I found o much more. Easy parking and always a buggy to help hold everything.

This was my first time ever going to a Micheal's and I'm in love!! They have so many craft items, everything from stickers to styrofoam cake dummies. That was my first and for sure won't be my last time going. I'll be coming here for all my crafting needs.

This is my favorite location for items which is the reason that I am rating 5 stars.....however, the management really need to focus on the checkout process because no one pays attention to the build up at the checkout line. Also,.Employees are scarce on the floor, and it's also bad when only one person is on the register and the checkout line if full of people.

Always have a great experience when I go there. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Parts of the store is seasonal and it gets you hyped for the upcoming holidays.

Visited the Michaels in Brier Creek this week and although I searched thoroughly for an item, I just couldn't find it. So, I asked someone there and she immediately found the item for me. Very kind and helpful. What a great example of fabulous customer service.

Store is bigger than the wake forest Michaels so they have more items. Its clean and the staff was attentive during my visit. I just wish they had more clay in stock but its not their fault. It's shortages everywhere.
