Great store, great leadership. A boy couldn't ask for more. Except the pay. That was low.

I particularly like this location because the staff are quite friendly and helpful. I particularly like Miss Rachel, Mr. Erik, Miss Linde, and where is other folks whom I have been meeting for the past 10 years. This is the best supply place for all the remodeling needs as well as stuff for the farm to make chicken coops, cows, shelter, goat, shelter, or rabbit hutches. You can find decking material and all kinds of screws and power tools also. I needed metal sheeting for the roofing for the Cows shed, they have lumber in all sizes and dimensions

I love Home Depot stores and this is a good one. Really big store with tons of inventory, they rent trucks and trailers also. Because it's good it's really busy though, and the traffic in Hawks Prairie area is always tough. If you don't like it busy you can go to the Fones Rd store. Most the time that place is almost empty.

We went in looking for a specific product in a specific size. The website said there were 4 in the store. When we got there, we couldn't find them. We went and found an associate who came to look with us. Thomas ended up getting a ladder and moving 2 other cases out of the way to find the product we wanted. Kudos to Thomas for his excellent customer service!

Don was incredibly helpful in trying to solve our issue with a woodpecker hole! We accidentally caught him right as he was getting off of work and he stayed to diligently help us & provide advice. Very pleasant guy to chat with & a valuable employee!!

Today I went to the Home Depot in Lacey Washington, for a few things. I had help from a few of their employees, all were very nice. However, one of their employees named Devean was extremely helpful. He took the time to show me where a couple of things were, they weren't where they normally are. We've been customers of this Home Depot for years. Mainly because of their employees. Devean; however, went above and beyond helping me today!

Home Depot hands down beats Lowe s in service and products, their employees are friendly and don't run from you, my dad is 83 hard of hearing and the little blonde lady at the returns desk is so nice to him and helpful, the Hawks prairie home Depot is awesome for customer service

The team that handles the truck rentals here was Fantastic! 👏🏽 They went the extra mile and made some calls on my behalf and got me huge discount on the gas tank due to an emergency I had. They were friendly and very professional as well. The service was so good that I offered to leave a review on Google. Usually service has to be either really good or really bad for me to even think of leaving a review. They definitely deserve this recommendation! Thanks Home Depot.

Hailey in the flooring department went above and beyond in helping me with trying to track down some older flooring. I have never received this top notch level of customer service in my life. Definitely find her if you need any help!

Home Depot on Center Street in Tacoma has the best customer service of any Home Depot in town.

My glasses broke while I was in the store. When I got to my car, I realized I lost the temple piece. I raced back in hoping I would find something light brown and flat on the floor. I knew the area I was in, and went there. After looking for a minute, a worker came up and asked for help.i started to explain, and she said hang on, and she was right back with part in hand. Was very grateful for her quick thinking to pick it up

Today I was just at In-N-Out for a gallon of stain. I was helped by a person in the paint department and he helped me immediately good service as usual.

I used their Penske truck return service today. Our account was a mess by the pick up location. Return location was changed at the last minute and it was a real challenge with everything. Andy was amazing. He was calm, patient and really helped us out with everything. Thanks Andy

Isabell met me at the door and looked up on her phone where I could find vertical blinds -- Aisle 36. I went there and found just what I needed. Then at self-checkout, Isabell helped me again when I scanned my item twice. Thank you, Isabell!

Very friendly service! Jesse at the Lacey Washington branch was kind enough to grab a shop vac in a box and walk it to the front with me because my cart was completely full.

If you're doing just about and home or exterior renovation, they probably have a version of what you're looking for. Great place.
